My husband had previously had a great experience working with Trent in purchasing a vehicle from here.
This year he decided to buy another from him and our experience has been a nightmare.
There’s no communication. We dropped off the truck we just purchased because it seemed to have a leak and it took him 2 weeks to finally “take a look at it”.
My husband let him know we were picking the truck up. We drove an hour and a half from where we live to pick the truck up and he’s not here. This is completely unprofessional and not to mention unacceptable.
We tried calling from 4 different phones and he still does not answer. I’m needing to postpone an important work trip because he can’t answer his phone or communicate.
Do not recommend doing service with him by any means.
The guy who took over the business is great. He does a lot of hard, honest work for a good price and will only help to give the best quality products for your vehicle.
He also looks exactly like Jesse Pinkman from Breaking Bad but that's irrelevant.
He is definitely cool though😎
Will not be using them for anything pulled over to get number for a friend I was referring to them and got told can't park there so I guess they don't need business due to how rude he was for me getting the number
My experience with Trent was very positive. He delivered on time and did a great job. He even detailed my car inside and out. I have found my new auto mechanic for the future. Thanks Trent.
Trent doesn’t warranty his work. Racked up $8300 in repairs to a classic car. The car was then sent off for cosmetic repairs. When the car finally made it back to me, there were many issues that the car had that I paid Trent to repair mechanically. He stated I was stupid to think he would help and he doesn’t warranty his work. I have disputed the charge and have my attorney working on this now to bring him to court for failure to properly perform repairs per ASE standards, and not warranty the work. Pick a real shop, not one run from the back of his dads house. He has no business ethics and has no concerns about your vehicle once he’s been paid

Firestone could do better and that’s sad. I gave him a chance on a big job and that was my first mistake.
Did great work; good attitude towards it all. Attentive and willing to listen to the customer. As quick as can be for issue(s) at hand. Very fair on pricing. I’ll definately be going back and have already referred a couple of fellow “motorers” to him. Thanks, Trent.
Very honest and more than fair pricing. I was also impressed with how quickly the work was completed considering the magnitude which was a plus because I need my car. Trent came highly recommended and he more than met my expectations. I will definitely be back in the future.
