Couldn't get ahold of anyone. Went to their website and used the messaging, no answer. Called them at 9:10am, no answer. Called them again at 12:30, the declined the call.
Guess I won't be using them🤷♂️
Specializing in International, Freightliner and Hino Commercial trucks, Automotive Services 365 has experienced Diesel Mechanics and the know how on fixing whatever trucks issues you find yourself facing in record time! I can't recommend them enough. The two Mechanics they have; Hong and Anthony are like a well oiled machine, and have both saved me a lot of time and money!
They did a cleaning in my engine i pay a lot of money for it after 2 weeks i start having my engine light appear i start having problems with my exhaust I brought it back they want $1100 dollar knowing the all of this will happened
When I brought it back to inspect it they check the car and i dont know what they did but now when i drive my car over 40 mph my engine does a horrible noise coming from the engine they are no responsible with warranty take your money somewhere else i use to bring all my cars here but after this i will take my business somewhere else
Extremely unprofessional, I'm not sure if Roy is the owner or just a worker there, but if he is the owner he should be ashamed of himself. Refused service solely based on the type of vehicle I drive and hung up on me when I questioned why. Roy is stuck in his old ways, very disrespectful. If I were you I would steer clear of this place, take your money elsewhere to someone who respects their customers.
Incredible service!! I called to see if they were able to help! They said bring it on it and they’ll work on it right away! Never have I had this happen when bringing a car to get service or care! I was able to get a new passenger rearview mirror assembly installed on a Saturday afternoon in about an hour at a really fair price! Highly recommend for locals in the area!
I went here a while back, and I will never do it again. I went in for a simple fix, a new ball joint on my car. They charged me for a new axle, and the cost was over $600... after they "finished," I drove not even 2 blocks before the scraping sound was worse than before. I took it back. When they "fixed" it again, the sound was even worse... yes, it was still not fixed. The 3rd time, I was pulling the car into their shop, and they kept telling me to come forward, I was almost certain I was close to their lift, but they kept saying to come forward. I popped my tire and had to skirt off of it in reverse in order to get my car out. It was so bad. Do not go here. They are for cemi trucks, not regular cars. Even then, I wouldn't trust them. They will try and quote you a huge amount for a lazy job.
The tire that popped was a pirelli cinturato strada, which is no longer available. I now have a scorpion strada and hate seeing the different tires each day. Thanks for nothing, but a waste of time and money👍🏻
Great owner here. I was broke down blowed radiator hose pulled in asked for help and that's exactly what i got this man went out of his way to help me lent me tools and only charged me for my parts that he ordered and had delivered. Thanks a million when i get ready to build my hotrod it will be comming your way
These guys repaired a rear main seal on my VERY custom car and did it in an amazing job fixing what WCH Racing Engines had fouled up. Even with me BOTHERING THE HECK out of them they were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had our car back in time for our karate competition team practice Saturday! ANYTHING I DONT DO MYSELF WILL BE DONE BY THEM!!!
I definitely recommend Automotive Services 365. The labor and the service was exceptional. I live in Denton Tx and anytime I have an automotive issue in the future I will drive back to Kaufman or Crandall which ever it is and holler at Zach Nolan. No questions asked.
Zach is honest and has extensive knowledge on all makes and models. He's replaced an engine in a foreign vehicle and has done numerous other repairs for different makes and models of vehicles. I recommend him to everyone I know. I had an a/c line clogged he cleared for no charge, couldn't ask for better service!
I had a tire fail on my F-350 dually. I stopped by this shop to single the tire out. Not only were they able to get to it prmptly, but they did it free of charge. Excellent customer service and will send more business in their direction
Nice ladies up front, fyi both married not that I asked lol, knowledgeable owner/mechanic and best part is that he wasn't hesitant to refer me to another guy for major muscle car tuning. Love the honesty. Will be back
Zach was a pleasure to deal with. I called at 10:30 on a Friday morning and was desperate to get a diagnosis same day. I got my truck to him by 11:30, had diagnosis done by 12:00, and was repaired by 1:30. I was blown away at how quickly the work was able to get done and that included ordering and delivering of parts.
Aside from the prompt service, I felt that Zach was honest and fair and didn't try and sell me on other unneeded repairs. I've been in the market for an trustworthy mechanic since my truck is no longer in warranty and am happy to have found one close to home!

Weather was cold and rainy. I was helping move my father from Dallas to Cedar Creek when an awful noise starts in the front of my car. Exited and just happened to see Auto 365. They took a quick look at my car, raised it up, bolted a cover back on and I was back on the road in less than 20 minutes. His parting words? No charge, be safe and Happy Holidays. Thank you for being there and turning around my day!
Had my car break down on me on a Sunday,of course no one is open so had them tow it here. While I was waiting in the parking lot for the wrecker Zach the owner happened to be there and was very friendly and helpful. He didn't try to over sell me on anything and kept the price as low as possible for me since I'm on a budget. Got my car back running great and in really good time. Highly recommended for anyone who needs any automotive mechanical needs!!
These guys are awesome! I've been stranded for 3 days fixing my car and Zach at the shop helped me out when I needed it most. Even let me borrow some tools. I've never had a mechanic treat me so well. Recommend them to anyone.
If you're looking for a honest group of mechanics/technicians this is the place to go! I have never had to send my car back for the same issue. Always an easy drop off and pick up. Zach always explains what the issue is, how he's planning on fixing and how he finally finished fixing the issue. Great prices too, go see these guys. You won't regret it!!

We had the good fortune (if suffering a blowout on your loaded horse trailer can be termed good in any way) to limp our borrowed trailer into this establishment on three tires. Zac immediately dispatched what must have been a former pit crew operator to the trailer, and he had the spare installed in no time flat - all without even having to unload the horses. To top that off, he refused to take payment for their services - just wishing us a safe continuance of our journey. I don't live anywhere near Crandall, but if I did, you can bet Automotive Services 365 would get all my business. Thanks again Zac. You and your team were life savers.
