I have personally used Rick’s twice now! Chad the driver is super knowledgeable in this type of work! My car didn’t have a tow eye and he searched all over for it. Talked to mazda to try to figure out a solution etc. we got it on the truck! Rick answered before opening time and got the driver to me as soon as he got to work! I highly recommend them for your towing and auto services.
They were honest and helpful when my extended warranty did not cover anything, so I canceled them. And will save $153 a month and fix the issue in a few months.
If I could give more than 5 stars this company deserves more stars. I have a custom Chevy pickup and the got me picked up with a rollback and took care of my pickup. Fast fast service and friendly driver that knew what he was doing. I have them in my contacts now. It’s hard to find people that are a good and friendly as them.
Called Ricks wrecker service for a tow today. I didn't have to wait very long for a driver ,by the name of "Dee" , to show up and help. Turns out I didn't need a tow, I just needed a jump. After getting my truck running again he even followed me back to the house to make sure I made it out alright, and got the initial price knocked down a bit. 10 out of 10 would recommend ?
I’m an attorney and one of my Estate’s sold their family land and had to remove a family old vehicle, that had been in the pasture for over 25 + years. I called and talked to Jessie who said they could help me out and Jessie dispatched Trent the same day and Trent made it out to the property in less than 2 hours. However there were some grown trees that had been cut down and other smaller trees were blocking Trent’s access to get to the vehicle. Both Jessie and Trent kept in touch with me and after we got the trees and limbs moved, Trent still had to be creative and pull it on at an angle, but he got it on! All of this was within hours on the same day I called. I highly recommend Rick’s and both Jessie and Trent could not have been any more professional, prompt and kept me informed. It is refreshing to receive service like I got from Rick’s.
The driver was very friendly and considerate of our needs and did a great job picking up and delivering our vehicle to our mechanic thank you and I will definitely call again if I need to be towed ??
I locked my keys in the car in Cleburne. Called Rick’s and they were there in 20 minutes from the time I called to showing up. Had my keys out of the car in about 20 minutes. So 40 minutes start to finish. All for $50. Great job Rick’s. Thank you for the speedy rescue.
Jessie and Trent helped me out so much! Got my jeep that wouldn't start out of the garage and down my steep driveway! Recommend this company to anyone.
Corrupt company with contract with Cleburne Police department. Towed my car from private lot after an accident. Refusing to allow me to contact my insurance company had to pay 200 on top of tow charge because of the contract. I would give negative ratting if I could. They have no choice they work together. $$$ but they did mention they could fix my car???
I didn't go into the business. I called to ask a question. They were very polite, answered my question. I was very satisfied with Rick's Wrecker Service.
Roadside assistance put me in contact with these guys roadside paid for the first 20 miles I had an additional 10 miles to tow my vehicle they wanted an additional $250 I had someone else told vehicle paid for it out of pocket $180 these guys are straight rip off artist
Used these guys twice in the last 2 months. Super quick response each time with reasonable prices! I will be using them from now on for sure! A+ service!
He was prompt, maybe 10 minutes, takes card or cash, very friendly, parked our vehicle where we requested.

They randomly cancelled on me without even letting me know. Not great when you're stuck on the side of the road and your phone is close to dying but you thought you had someone on the way.
