Unfortunately I’ve had to have my truck fixed twice in the last year. Both times they did a great job. Got my vehicle repaired quickly and were great to deal with. If you’re looking for a good body shop that does great work I would suggest this group.
Leo went above and beyond to assist with my truck repairs. He kept me in the loop as he worked with the insurance company to get the repairs done. The entire staff, from the front office to the back shop are so awesome to work with and they do great work. I highly recommend Lonestar Collision in Cleburne TX.
Lonestar Collision did an outstanding job of repairing my car after an accident. It's always stressful picking a business for repair based on the list from the insurance company. I picked Lonestar after researching my options and can say that I am very happy with the results. My extremely picky husband even said that the repair is perfect and couldn't find anything to complain about. I agree. Matt was awesome to work with and kept me updated on the progress all the way through the process. We did have to wait for parts which is completely at the mercy of the supplier. In my experience, anyone that has a car repaired after an accident should expect to wait for parts.

Lonestar was dispatched after my husband had a car accident. He was taken away by an ambulance and Lonestar took care of our vehicle from there. It was secured and taken to their lot. When we were able, they allowed us to retrieve our belonging from the vehicle. They were respectful of our vehicle and our time. I highly recommend them.
They did a fantastic job on my Jeep, and in a timely and professional manner. Matt was our go-to and he was so pleasant and easy to work with. The entire staff was welcoming and kind, treating us like family. I HIGHLY recommend this small business and would give 10 stars if I could.
Y'ALL ARE THE BEST! my grandchild locked my keys in my car. I called several people and they wanted payment before they would come out. I could not give payment, my purse was locked in my car! I called the non emergency line to see if I can get the police to come out. They said no, because an animal or kid was not locked in the car! I called a locksmith, but they couldn't get out there for at least an hour. Plus they quoted me this astronomical price. Never thought about calling a wrecker service. My partner called them. You were there in 15 minutes!!
And didn't charge me an arm and leg!!
They had me in my car in about 3 minutes!
I was very pleased with the efficiency and quality of their work. Matt was absolutely fantastic and the other employees were great. I highly recommend them.
Mat at Lonestar was great! Did more than expected, paintless dent repair, I don’t know how they do it but wow… looks bran NEW, even a quarter size on the passenger front finder.

Wont even do an estimate on my vehicle even though my insurance company assigned them to do it. All i wanted was an estimate so i know what repairs were gonna be done and so i can talk to my insurance company to make sure all was good and tbat both myself and my insurance company agree on the estimate. Will never use this company again.
I got in a wreck recently and Leo helped me out through the whole process of getting my vehicle fix. I told him I was not going to be able to get a rental and I was going to have to just depends on rides then we express to me what that would try to get it done as soon as possible. Leo called me every week to give me up date and three phone calls later my car was fix and he also warned me if I paid with card there would be a fee so to make sure I brought cash. The Team did a Phenomenal job on my car! Leo was very informative and trusting through the whole process. Also the sweet lady that works front desk was so sweet and Patient with all the calls I had to make. Leo is still helping me out after I picked up my car to get a mirror replace (I didn’t have the extra cash at the time) and was sure that he would try his best to get the best price he could. If you have any car problems Lonestar is the place to call!
My husband and I got a flat tire on N. 35W and when we were still stranded after 3 hours and another guy who said he couldn't help us, Lonestar came through! Ricky picked us up fast, took us to a local tire shop and was super nice & helpful. Can't recommend these guys enough!
Was able to get damages quotes from others within 15 minutes. Ive been waiting 3 days for lone stars quote. It really isnt that bad nor that hard, will be finding somewhere else. Not worth my time if im not worth yours.
I got locked out of my car, AAA sent out one company who tried for a few minutes before stating they could not get it to unlock. AAA sent out this company and I felt so much better! Not only was the technician was able to unlock my vehicle but he was very dedicated and that gave me reassurance he could get the job done!
I broke a pitman steering arm on my dodge 2500 late on a Saturday evening. The dispatcher answered the phone and was very professional. He was very helpful and adamant about getting me a tow truck quickly. I was very impressed with his customer service ethics. The driver was William, and the young guy went right to work and ushered us to sit in the air conditioner while he got the truck loaded safely. He watched all the low lying limbs so bit to hurt my truck. He was a very cautious driver and very courteous. He was respectful to my wife and I. I couldn't imagine ever using anyone else in Johnson county. These guys are 2nd to none. If you don't use these guys when you need a tow, you'll regret it I'll assure you. These guys are honest, reliable, quick, and to top it all off they only charged me $200 to tow me from nearly Whitney Texas to Crowley Texas. I expected double that amount. My hats off to everyone at Lonestar. May God bless you all. That young-man that drives for y'all deserves one heck of a good dinner and a night off with pay. Drivers like him are hard to come by. Thank you guys! Y'all have my business and my family's business for life!

Unfortunately after having to go to Lone Star Collision on multiple occasions Sonny Pearce has always made me feel right at home. When I think of Lone Star I think of Sonny & Sue. Sonny’s knowledge & help over the years had made it where I don’t have to make a decision on where I’m taking my cars. I recommend my friends & family to Sonny.
Very caring and efficient. Watched as the service man tried to diagnose the issue in the car window in hopes it could be a less expensive fix. Really appreciated Matt and the team. They had to refer me to a different shop for internal issues, but really had a great experience.
Run, don't walk from this place. It is a complete joke. The Body Shop and the Towing departments do not talk. They claim to be separate companies. Well, then update your webpage to reflect that. You held onto my car for two months adding storage charges. Three months later, the car still isn't fixed. Complete scam artists!
I would suggest you use a can of spray paint or maybe Maaco before you decide to use this shop. After 6-7 times of telling me my vehicle was repaired over 7 months, it was still not right. They do very little in house and use even worse 3rd party shops. They will be a nightmare for your insurance company, they don’t document anything very well. 2023 and they take pictures on cell phones of pictures on other cell phones for insurance company documents.Definitely not the sharpest tools in the wood shed. The truth for some of the employees seems to be harder to do than the documentation needed. Seriously , the absolute worst experience.

Great shop operation. Ray is a stand-up guy and a pleasure to deal with. This business truly serves its customer, even when the job is a small one. I'll continue to do business with this friendly company. My car looks 100% better with the touch-ups they did for me. Thank you!
The whole team at Lonestar is amazing. At a time like now when there are supply chain issues and parts shortages, they worked hard to make sure my truck was back on the road in no time after a wreck. Matt was amazing and went above and beyond keeping us informed of the repairs along the way. Definitely recommend this shop above anyone else in town.
Update 2-15-22 Got my daughter's car back last week. Matt was great. They did have the car for a month but 10 people had Covid so they were very short staffed and very backed up. I highly recommend Lonestar. Everyone is very nice and they did a great job on my daughter's car. I am very pleased with everything. Thank you Matt.
1-3-22 Brought my daughters car in to be looked at because she was in a car accident. We are on the schedule for the 17th of this month. I had great service. Everyone is very nice here. I will be working with Matt. Will post follow up after repair is done.
I had an accident where I needed to have my truck towed. The office answered the phone quickly and was pleasant with me. They warned me up front of the wait which I was fine with since they warned me in advance. The driver was nice and professional. I couldn't find a ride home from the shop. Instead of making me call an uber, the driver took me home. I definitely would recommend using these guys for your towing needs.
