Had to tow my truck remotely and they were fantastic to work with.

I borrowed my husband’s truck, had it filled to the brim with Christmas gifts for a charity, and in good wifey fashion darted the truck straight into a curb. Needless to say, the tire and rim did not survive. I made a frantic call for help. They were to my location within 30 minutes and 10 minutes after that I was back on the road. The technician was very polite, understanding, and took care to ensure we had all our original items (i.e., locking nut key and jack) put away properly. I would absolutely use this company again.

Truck arrived within 30 minutes. Donny, the driver, was friendly and knowledgeable.

I was impressed with the speed. Yes, "rapid" is in the name but Donny, the driver with Rapid Rescue Towing arrived in minutes. I initially called and spoke with Steve, he gave me a quote. I specifically asked if it included all fees. I had actually called another company before so I had an idea of the range. Additionally, I am a AAA member and exhausted my 4 service calls. Let's just say the quote was competitive but the ETA is what sold it for me! Donny was extremely professional and courteous. Donny let me know what to expect (he'd take pictures, load it up, text invoice for payment, tow, unload, take more pictures), so if I needed to do anything while he was preparing to follow him I could do it. Now, the price quoted did not include all fees. I was disappointed because I clearly asked. I called back and Steve informed me they don't receive the additional fees for online payments but that the processing company. I can understand that, just be transparent especially if someone asks the question specifically. Steve said the only way to get the quoted price was to pay cash. Are this point my truck was being towed. When I gave cash to Donny I could tell receiving cash wasn't the standard, he gave it back until the proper process was confirmed. He stepped back over, accepted the cash, and let me know what he would be doing to wrap up the service call. I called Steve back to thank him for the service provided and to let him know Donny provided superb, respectful, and courteous service. No one is perfect and it is unreasonable to think this company deserves any less than 5 stars even with the fee misstep. In the words of G. I. Joe, Now you know "...and knowing is half the battle!"

Excellent. Fast. Trustworthy. I called them from out of town to go help my daughter. They got hercar and towed it to the shop for us quickly. Only waited 15 min.

I had totally lost my faith in humanity when it came to tow companies, however Steve was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to help my family! My father in law passed away right before Covid, and that blue Ranger is all my husband has left of his dad. I live in an apartment complex, that doesn’t abide by the rules, and they have a partnership with a certain towing company that makes their own rules! It cost us over $600 to get our vehicle back. Steve was truly a breath of fresh air! He actually cares about people! I HIGHLY recommend Rapid Rescue Towing for all of your towing needs!! He saved us over $100, and that helped tremendously!! Was in a bad situation while out of town for work. Two tires blew out when I hit something driving through a construction zone. Found myself at night stuck on the entrance to a freeway. First number I called was an AI voice and was sure what I had after the call. Decided to try again and got Steve!! Boy what a lucky second call. He said he’d get there as soon as he could and he called back when he was close. He was professional, courteous and helpful!! In a bind, call Steve !

Very nice guys, efficient and calming. Highly recommend! The price was a bit on the high side ($156 for less than 2 miles) but they did arrive quickly.

I needed a car towed. I talked to Steve who was courtesy and answered all my questions. They had tow truck out there in about 30 minutes. Hunter was the driver, very nice, professional and took care of my car. Highly recommended and up front with cost.

Rapid Rescue Towing was great. The dispatcher answered my phone call the first time I called. His quote was what they charged. Hunter came with in 45mins of me calling. He was very very polite, knew exactly what he was doing and quick. Hopefully I dont have to get a tow again soon, but if I do I'll be calling them first

Great, hardworking and friendly people!! From the start of conversation on the phone to making getting my car out of the lot and to the house the simplest possible. They helped me a lot in time of stress situation. Even when he dropped the beat up car he was nice enough to actually help me push my car into garage. I’d give em 6 stars if I could.

Hunter & Steve helped my mom tow her vehicle today. Hunter arrived exactly when he said he would and was very professional. Hopefully we won’t need a tow again but if we do we will only call Rapid Rescue Towing!

Steve and his son scraped my truck off 174 which is the most dangerous state highway in Texas. Rio Vista has the most incompetent emergency staff in the nation. He argued with the cops to rescue me and another couple involved in the same incident. Avoid the city of Rio Vista and this stretch of 174 at all costs.

They have saved me 2 days in a row! Such a kind and polite experience! Had to have a tire changed one day then had a tow the next, there where here to help without hesitation! Definitely will be using only them going forward

Triple A kept playing games with me and after over 8 hours of waiting Steve was able to come out. Triple A only mentioned I needed to be towed, and I explained the situation how I thought I just needed an impact to get my locked lug nut off however, he did not have one on him so he called for a service truck. When the service truck got there my spare tire was on in no time! So thankful for these nice gentlemen, they could have easily towed me to make extra money but you could tell they truly care and listen! Thank you for making a rough day better :)

had my turbo unexpectedly go out and needed a tow. The automated communication was amazing letting me know when my driver was going to leave, on the way, and when they arrived. I met them at the car to put it in neutral and Steve was incredibly kind. Dealing with other tow companies is always the worst communication and attitude wise but i will definitely be using rapid again if i ever need a tow, they were amazing!!

I want to take a minute & show this Company some MAJOR appreciation!..I called Rapid Rescue when I was Stranded this evening, I had been sitting for over 2hrs in this Cold weather making phone calls to other towing company's, the wait for a tow was insane along w/Prices. I was quoted an extreme amount & then was told it would be 2hrs. I was at the end of my rope, I said "Lord please, as I laid across the front seats of my truck FREEZING as it was 44 outside tonight.Then BAM I called Rapid rescue and the Price was Lower then the others & Showed up super quick!..I was then towed home 24 miles, I don't meet a stranger & clearly he didn't either as we had a great converstaion. As a 34 year old woman I felt Safe, respected & thankful. I was in a warm truck and he literally felt like an Angel on earth that came to save the day even though it was freezing outside! If you are looking for a tow i recommend this Company 1000%!!!!... He is humble, a Huge family man, he loves our town of Cleburne & It shows! Definitely a Respectful & Professional, caring Small town Community Business man! I will be calling him again if need be, This Company is Brand New but he knows what he is doing!!
