Shannon and his guys are great as always. Honest Repair shop that goes out thier way to help everyone who walks in. If you want a shop it be in the way of your problems instead of being another problem for you go to Kirbyville Automotive.
Left my dentures in a U-Haul I dropped off on a Sunday and I turned in the keys. I appreciate the person that came in to unlock the U-Haul. I'll just keep them in my mouth next time 😁

I have nothing to say but good things. I was driving and ended up being stranded not too far from their shop. I had my two babies with me. I was exhausted mentally by the time I called them after being told no by so many others that would not help me. They helped me and I am forever thankful. I was an emotional mess and they were extremely kind and understanding. I would recommend them to any and all of my family and friends. Thank you guys so much.

Swiftly changed out the Ujoint on my 1990 chevy. I waited in the lobby and they had it done in no-time. Business owner is a very nice person and is serious about running a good autorepair business. Would highly recomend!

Once again I showed up at Kirbyville Automotive with a bad tire and they got right on it. The Friendly Staff had me in and out with my tire plugged and back on my Toyota and a new spare in less than 30 minutes, and at a very fair price.

Rented a U-Haul truck and thought I was getting a 17ft but was told that they don't have those anymore cause they are now 20ft but only had a 15ft to rent me and we had to make two trips. Was not happy about that. The people were nice though.
Absolutely the most honest and experienced shop I've been to. They actually care about their customers. I went to three different shops and they told me my entire a/c system needed to be replaced. Shannon found out it was a simple valve. They have saved me thousands. Great deals on tires and oil changes too. I will always bring all of my vehicles here.
