The gentleman that helped me was super nice. He was very relatable and spoke in such a way that I understood what was going on with my car. His name was Bo. With people like him working for O'Reilly, I think he should be recognized for his efforts to keep a great relationship between company and consumer.
I'm not knocking O'Reilly auto parts as a whole, but this store, in particular, has consistently given me the wrong part every single time I went in there, and this last time when I called and told them...they hung up on me.
My husband and I were enjoying a Sunday drive recently. Driving through Kirbyville, Texas we decided to stop at O'Reilly's to check the fluid levels in our Sunday driver. And I guess it was God that guided us to that location, because as soon as we were pulling into the parking lot, our vehicle broke down. Almost immediately, an employee of O'Reilly named Daniel came out to see if we needed help. Daniel and my husband diagnosed the problem quickly. My husband bought the replacement part, Daniel loaned him a few tools to make the repair right there on the parking lot and then we were on our way. To say that Daniel went beyond the call of duty is an understatement. We could not have asked for a more courteous and helpful employee. Thank you for hiring such a great employee!

Jennifer LeBouef is an amazing manager and will go above and beyond to help a customer. Teresa is the most knowledgeable person I know when it comes to parts and paint. The O'Reillys in Kirbyville is a very lucky store to have 2 great and helpful ppl like Jennifer and Teresa.
ALWAYS really helpful and positive. They don't mind talking thru a job with you to help you figure out exactly what it is you're needing. If thru don't kno- they're honest about it && still try to help best they can.
Employees and staff are very judgmental and treat individuals that have a certain dress theme or maybe a certain poverty level as though they are thieves and never take their eyes of those individuals making the situation not only uncomfortable but very offensive especially during these hard times. I can't say one good thing is they don't care what color....... But if your clothes are ripped or your style is different I wouldn't advise going here
I Always go here 1st for any auto parts that I might need. Their employees are always very friendly and very helpful, even to the point of putting small parts on my vehicle for me if need be (like the light bulbs for headlights or blinkers or the windshield wipers, things of that sort.)
Spend lots of time going to this store employee's are all really helpful and super nice and polite, always making sure I don't miss anything I may need when working on project at home
Everyone in there is excellent! I can walk in explain what I need... even though I might not know what it is😯 they know! My kinda store for my jeep fixer upper!
Their prices are a total ripoff!! If you wanna pay 50-100% more than other parts stores then shop O'Reillys. The counter help has NO mechanical knowledge and no idea what their doing!
