I was told about the Auto Hospital by my uncle. Customer service is great! I've been a customer for at least 4 years. When I have a vehicle issue this is where I go. This is who I recommend. If Auto Hospital can't fix it, I ask them for a recommendation. I trust I will be sent in the right direction. Prices are reasonable. Thank you Jacob and your crew. I am a satisfied customer.
These mechanics are fantastic! I was quoted an exorbitant amount by other dealers to change my Cadillac's headlights, but these guys did it for a fair price. The job was done perfectly, and I'll definitely be returning—they're real professionals on duty.
Called and left a message The owner got back to me within the day we scheduled for my vehicle to go in he looked at it with his machine found the error codes he was able to look up the parts for my vehicle that I needed was honest about how much my parts would cost and the labor I dropped my car off to him Monday he had it done by Tuesday and even was nice enough to do some extra work for me that I asked for in addition to what I was already getting done The price was fair he was very understanding that I was on a budget he worked with me told me what I really needed to get done. Staff was friendly as well good honest hard-working people
Have brought my vehicles here for the last 4 years and have always had great service. The staff is very friendly and understanding. They are also quick to get you back on the road. This is the only place I will let touch my vehicle. Highly recommend.
Greenville Auto Hospital is the best place to take any car! I have been bringing my car from McKinney and now that I live in the mid cities, I still take my car to Jacob. This gentlemen is honest, fair and a great mechanic. I do not trust my car with anyone else.
They do very great work Mr jacbos the owner r boss Mr jacbos is very nice friendly person. All of his workers are very helpful for for any questions and go great job on a car they no exactly what to do when it come to car repairs GREAT AUTO SHOP!!! VERY VERY LOW ON OIL CHANGES FAR AS I NO THEY ARE THE LOWEST IN TOWN GREENVILLE TX IF YOU EVER CALL ARE TXT THEM U WILL BE VERY VERY SUPRISE I WAS VERY SHOCK!!! WHEN I GOT TXT FROM THEM BACK BUT I HAD MY OWN OIL AND OIL FILTER THANK YOU
After being annoyed that the last mechanic did not fix the problem I originally took the car for after having it for a week, I brought my car here. In less then 5 minutes he found the issue and went into detail, in a way I would understand, on what the piece was and why it was going bad. Even went looking for one to show me. I explained to him that I could not go without my car for another week after the last shop and he did a momentary fix while the part came in the next day. I came early the next morning and they got the job done in less then a hour. Same day I had to drive 4 1/2 hours and no issues popped up. I would recommend this place to anyone and my biggest regret is I did not find this place sooner.

My experience wasn't good at all we took a car down there, and they had my son buying parts for the car that wouldn't even fit,and they had the car about a year. They put the car aside in the yard and put other cars in front of it. So we went and picked up the car up ?

My husband I just got both of our vehicles fixed at auto hospital. Jacob and his crew have great customer service. They are very knowledgeable! They worked to find the best deal for us. Overall great experience!
They put a new motor in both of my vehicles in a 2005 Ford F-150 and a quest 2004 fixed a leak in my power steering fluid fixed a leak and my transmission changed my elbows to my wheels underneath my car but did a good job on everything cannot complain and they did more etc work on it
Man let me tell you This place is the Bomb jacob will go above and beyond they do very good work there him and his crew no job is to big or small for them jacob is very honest and reasonable on his prices man I could go on and on if you want a good job done on your vehicle this is the place to go for real thanks guys keep up the good work.
I take my car to 3 different mechanic shops and no body. Figure out. The problem I have. I highly recommend it. We make. A appointment for are repair. And. They call me back the same day. Whit. The diagnostic. And they were available to repair it the same day. This guy's don't play arrown.

I highly recommend the Auto Hospital. Jacob, the owner was friendly and professional. The issues with my car happened suddenly and Jacob made time for me, diagnosed and fixed the problems quick. My car is a 09 Cadillac and the repairs needed, I found most technicians would not touch. Not to mention the price.... Jacob took the worry out of the price. He was more then fair, something I'm not used to experiencing. I am so glad my girlfriend turned me onto this place.... I don't know who I love more my friend or the Auto Hospital. I will not let anybody else touch my car... I am a customer FOR LIFE...
I highly recommend this mechanic. Jacob and his team are very fair and honest. He stands behind all is work 100% and has always diagnosed the problem with my vehicles correctly the first time which seems to not be the norm these days with other mechanics. He when he tell you when your vehicle will be ready he always delivers on time. Glad we finally have a very reliable mechanic here in Greenvile now.
Jacob is an excellent mechanic. Great customer service and good price for the area. Jacob has been my car mechanic for over a year, I trust him with my car. I highly recommend Jacob for any mechanical issues !! No Job is to BIG for him.
