No compassion at all for financial grace. Sucks to be in such a predicament and having to worry about paying 2200 on top of other things going on due to an accident. Just wish people showed some grace in this world ran by money. Would not recommend this money hungry company. Wouldn’t have used them if the cop didn’t call and get my truck towed.

This company takes advantage of companies and individuals by charging astronomical prices during a terrible dust storm that caused many wrecks. The officer on the scene called them to remove vehicles, so you don’t have a choice. We would have used someone else because their reviews are horrible. Their driver was either inexperienced or just didn’t care about doing additional damage to the truck he was towing. He did not disconnect the drive line and ruined the transmission. (15000+ in additional damage) They charged 6000.00 to tow a truck and trailer 15 miles.
The towing company we used to pick our truck up from them and take to the shop 100 miles away only charged 1200.00. These people are predators and criminal.
These guys define Predatory Towing. Had an incident where our truck was damaged to where it couldn't drive but trailer was fully functional and both were upright. This tow company was unfortunately dispatched by the officer on site. The tow was approximately 15 miles to their fenced yard. While in transit our driver (still rattled from the incident) called in a panic because the tow driver nearly caused another accident. The tow driver failed to properly hook up the air system causing there to be no brakes on the 78000 lb loaded trailer and truck. The tow driver had to lock the brakes up which caused the rear of the tow truck to lift off the ground as they were trying to avoid a potential collision. Our driver assisted in uncoupling the truck from the trailer in their yard, yet we were charged $250 for that. We sent a second truck to grab the trailer and were told the bill had to be paid before they'd release the trailer. This bill was over $6000!!!! This is the most Predatory Towing practice I've experienced in all my years! Take your business anywhere else!
These people are definitely scamming people… I was told $250 plus $22/night storage fee by the driver and this morning when I called I was told that they want me to pay $2000 for having my work car towed 90 miles 2 nights ago to be released. The car isn’t even worth that. I’d give zero stars if I could. I’ll be filing a complaint with better business.
TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!! I would have left zero stars but that is not an option. This company is trying to scam people for a $500/hr service time charge while already charging an operator charge and a towing charge. If you have an option never use this company for any reason. I am filing a complaint with TDLR and with the Texas attorney general of consumer complaints. Save yourself and never call these horrible people!!!
I have used this company a few times. They are amazing people and they do the job right. They are polite. I would recommend them if you need a tow. If you have AAA,, call them and tell them and tell them to to use them. I wish I used that before.
First, Paige Towing is the same owner(s) as Crossroads Towing and they are by far the most expensive and most ridiculous towing companies I’ve ever experienced and heard of. It cost me $920 to get my motorcycle from them that got towed to their yard which was about 8 miles away and was picked up in under 12 hours of it being there. I’ve never heard or seen such outrageous prices for a tow in all my life. Do yourself a favor and don’t ever let these people touch your vehicles.
They were so amazing kind and very nice. Could of gone to a cheaper place but I chose them they were not afraid of a challange. Responded quick and got it done.
My trailer I was towing cross country had an axel break while on the highway, they arrived within 25 minutes of calling. Also loaded the now single wheel trailer up and had us back on the road within 25 minutes, very thankful and appreciative of Paige towing!
Highly recommended dude they sent was asleep he still got to my location on a timely manner. He was very friendly very skilled and straight to the point he wasn’t wasting anyone’s time, great guy. JH you’re the man!!! Thank you
I called at the last minute and had a tow truck in less than a half hour. The service was great and the customer service was awesome. Paige Towing has professionals that know their stuff!
Horrible customer service skills and they overcharge. I had no choice of who was called to tow my vehicle and it's unfortunate that it ended up being this company. I was overcharged for time that wasn't even worked but when I called to dispute it the lady was very rude,wouldn't let me get a word in and ended up hanging up on me. I don't even give them 1 star but that's the lowest we can choose on here. They are a sorry company and people.
Was told charge would be $250 to tow to their yard since it was only 8 miles away plus $20 a day to store until my husband could pick it up which should’ve been just a few days but ended up being longer due to work. He was okay with leaving it until next day off because of it only being 20 a day. Go to pick it up yesterday and they added an extra $500 service fee just because they could since we left it no notice or call that they would be adding an extra $500. Would’ve been better off getting it ourselves or waiting on American Towing to get back in town but trusted the lady on the phone with the prices she gave as well as the man who picked up the truck and talked to my husband.

The gentleman that arrived was good. I understood the distance was a little far. but when the driver explained to me on arrival that Paige towing will take cash, but only exact amount. Because Paige doesn't allow him to keep change. Try your card? then you get charged 5% of your total bill. PAIGE FAMILY Really!? Yall already expensive? Sound greedy too...
I had my tiny Ford Focus packed for a move from Texas to Los Angeles. Hit a huge pot hole and shredded my back passenger tire. Luckily, I was close to an exit and managed to pull over to a Shell. I called my insurance and waited a long while in 100 degree heat with my dog in the car. Looked up local towing, and gave Paige towing a call. Answered on the first ring, and they arrived within 10 minutes. Picked up my car and led us to Walmart to get the tire replaced. Back on the road within 2 hours! This place is so kind, efficient, and helpful. I was worried I wouldn’t make it to my new home on time, but they helped make that happen!

You won't find a vehicle under my name as have ever being in your storage facility because I only paid the bill over the phone, no one asked my name, which I have a receipt of the transaction and a transcript of the phone call itself.
Along with not giving proper notification of our rights to a court hearing, ect, with the tow ticket breakdown, this company failed to check my husband's drivers license to see if he even owned the vehicle, which he didn't, the registered owner was all the way in Midland and we don't share remotely similar last names or first. I paid over the phone and he picked it up like that, no drivers license was ever requested of him, no release form. The ticket is not filled out properly as well, with items not being placed in the proper boxes on the form as required.
Vehicle was marked as abandoned, no one was given proper notice nor was proper notice posted on the vehicle itself. Police department was not notified within the time frame specified.
No proper signage was posted where the vehicle was towed from, nor is there proper signage to this day which I continue to record for records.
Overcharging, we do have access to certified scales like anyone else and have weighed the vehicle in question many times before its illegal tow, which this company misclassified its weight and charged twice the amount allowed for as if it were two seperate vehicles. Maybe it's a inexperienced towman who hooked everything up, or a way to pad the bill but I haven't seen prices this outrageous even from Nick Massey who was towing illegal but followed the pricing guidelines.
And overall, from the response to my last review, I'll gladly tell anyone and everyone to avoid this company as they get pretty nasty with you if you leave a honest review that does not favor them.
As a update: Company has privately messaged me asking me to not negatively review my experience with them because they are operating under multiple licenses and Crossroads Towing and Recovery is the people who towed me, yet Paige Towing and Recovery are the Vehicle Storage Facility listed that had the vehicle, provided me with a invoice, took my payment, and released it illegally to my husband from their yard. All in all, owned by the same three people and they do not have a review page for their newest company name.
My car was hit by a truck and one of their drivers Robert, actually witnessed it all. He was on the way to another tow, but stayed and talked to me and was able to help me out. He gave me a tow (that I'll bill to my insurance and get reimbursed) to a place that made my car drivable so I could get home to Lubbock. If it wasn't for him, I would have been screwed.
Hit debris on the highway, causing a flat tire and we didn't have the right tools, they sent someone over, only waited 5 minutes, he helped us quickly. Amazing man!!!
Semi broke down, they towed my truck and trailer to a repair shop, but the shop can’t handle the job,second shop can’t handle either, so they find me a third one, at no extra cost
Horrible experience. Customer service means nothing to these people. Prices are outrageous and hours of operation are ridiculous for a towing service. My brother’s truck was there for one night and charges were over $1100.00!
Less than 250 if u need a personal tow, over 500 if cops send it. Doesn't really seem right. My car could of been picked up within the hr but no one was there til 8 am .
