Ive always had great service at this location. They generally have what part I am looking for and will help with small installations like windshield wiper blades. Friendly staff and well stocked.

Ridiculously overpriced, called for a price on an alternator, $327, I can order one shipped to my door for 90 bucks. This is why retail stores are closing so fast.

Joshua was standing behind the counter, politely greeted me, Ask if he could help me find something and knew exactly where it was. I was in and out in less than a minute. Perfection!

Always go to AutoZone first for parts when I have a dyi project because of the price and service. I was leaking antifreeze so I went in hoping to only have to replace a hose. After replacing hose I did find that the reservoir was cracked and also needed to be replaced. They had everything in stock in I replaced it myself same day in my Cadillac for under 70 dollars.

We went in to autozone in big spring on Sunday @3:30 pm to find a part and one employee on phone the other two just in the aisle talking to each other never acknowledge that I was standing there . Instead I just left .

Awesome the sales manager, and a few team assisted in what i needed, greeted properly Great job everyone:) Changing the rating from 5 to 2 stars here lately the employees at this location have been rude to the point where they hang up on the customers especially Luis, for one if you can’t do customer service they get out of it. Another issue is everyone talks low on the phone kids mainly come on everyone put y’all’s game face on.

Went into the store looking for some tools and walked out without purchasing anything. I was not greeted or asked if I needed any help. Just listened to the male service clerk talking and cussing very loudly to his female coworker about how bad his last job was as she was working and he was sitting on his but complaining.

Went today 10/18/24 around 3:15 to pick up a order I did online and was completely ignored by the cashiers. As I walked in both girls were with a customer yet once the girl with the blonde hair was done she walked very quickly to the back and disappeared then the next cashier with thick black glasses and black hair did the same thing yet as she went to the back she made eye contact with me knowing I was waiting " I mean with them glasses i knew she saw me right in front of her to ask for my order smh. I waited a good 15 minutes till someone else came from the back to help me. My order wasn't even ready at that because who know what they were doing... if people don't wanna work why hire them especially with the lack of customer service skills they have. No acknowledgement or anything like they did it purposely....

My daughter had her jeep battery tested at your store and was told her battery was “100%”, but since it had to be boosted, the starter was bad. She called me and I told her that didn’t sound right, suggested she try a different store. She went down the street to O’ Riellys. They checked her battery and found a bad cell. Replaced the battery and she drove back to Lubbock with no issues. I think Autozone was trying to “upsell” her a starter, followed by a battery when the starter would have failed to solve her issue. Very poor business practice. Will not return to any Autozone, nor recommend to anyone.

I only gave a one star rating because of this one experience today. As a loyal customer, i hate to say i experienced laziness from one employee that i have all my info to type in computer for an oil change special but for some reason the young man told me he can’t sell me the product because he doesn’t know the kind of oil filter i need. Would the computer tell you what oil filter i need?

The worker " Rena" was extremely helpful they didn't have the part I needed so she ordered it but part was delayed due to it not getting on truck she made sure it was in that same day,

Need a part was told that it was in stock being held for me. Got there the part was not there due to miscommunications. But the manager worked hard to make sure that part was being ordered and assured me that if the part came in today he would call me and let me know it was there. Great service and i appreciate it

My check engine light was on and they were able to read it and tell me what was wrong. They even had the part in stock to fix it. They were very helpful and friendly. The store had oil change special on sale where you get an extend life oil filter free. Which I need for my Chevy pickup.

Autozone has went down hill over the last 10 years. Basically hire anyone. Zero knowledge of automotive parts. Parts catalog was missing pages so I asked the employee to look up oil filter. Changed oil and filter . Started my car and instantly lost all oil pressure. Shut car off immediately to have a look. All 7 quarts of oil covered my driveway. She gave me wrong filter. I could have destroyed my entire engine of her lack of care or double checking her computer that it was the right filter.

I had to go to a different town an hour away to pick up a part that was in low supply and not at my local store. My local store helped communicate to a sister store and they were ready and waiting for me with my part. Efficient service from call, holding the part, to purchase and on my way back in a timely manner.

This has to be the best autozone I have ever visited. Jerry and Dilan were extremely helpful! they help me troubleshoot a coolant issue and they went above and beyond. they are the definition of customer service. Thank you so much! Give them a raise!!!

I came in to get some parts for my truck. This may not be true for all the employees but the guy helping me out wasn't much help. And on top of the bad service he gave me the wrong parts. Took them back and went to O Riley's and got the right parts for 30 dollars cheaper. I m not too knowledgeable when it comes to fixing cars so I appreciate that O Riley's took the time to give me an explanation in the parts and what my different options were. They didn't just try to sell me the most expensive parts with no options like autozone.

The staff were great. The computer system is their only down fall. They input information and the computer changes it to what ever it feels like displaying. The warranty kept changing on the vehicle I have to a vehicle I never owned. Always check and keep your receipts.

Service, customer service was good. When one associate was having difficulty with a customer, another associate stepped up to resolve the issue. I didn't like being past over to another associate who was having trouble with a different customer, but I understood they were keeping things flowing to get people out the store expeditiously. I would have appreciated being ask if I wanted to wait for my original sales associate or allow someone else to help me. Nonetheless, we got in the Zone!

Amazing help , friendly people. They took great care of me. Oriellys could not , no knowledge at oreilly's. People on their phones, they were very unprofessional . Autozone was not, all dressed for business. They helped me very fast and new what i was asking for . The store looked great also.

I went because my battery was bad and the first employee told me that one of their machines had to say it was bad but both of their machines wasn't recognizing there was a battery kept saying check connections so I ended up having to go to Walmart to buy a battery came back put it in and had the second employee test my alternator which it passed I told him what happened with the other battery and he said that he would help me out and give me the refund of the prorated battery there was still under warranty where the first employee was giving me a hard time that he had to follow the rules but the second employee made my night bye refunding me the prorate value of the battery that was under warranty still at AutoZone but I ended up buying a new one from Walmart because the first employee wouldn't help me without a machine saying that my battery was bad...
