We were out in our farm truck today, and realized the wipers were ineffective in the freezing rain that was starting this wintry weekend. We knew what we needed, but didn’t see it on display. The young brunette lady found them in the back. Madison cashed us out, and even came out in the miserable weather to make certain we installed them properly. Thanks to each of these helpful ladies!
Sent my wife in today cause I was out of town… told her they’d take care of her. Man behind the counter was super rude and said they’d get to her when they got caught up. My wife is an amazingly sweet person and not one to get sideways with anyone but was literally in tears with me telling me the story. Had to change the battery herself! She was on a business trip for work and the man asked “do yall even have an account with us?”

Victor behind the counter is amazing and is always willing to help with you find what you need and is very knowledgeable parts order and getting it here quickly. And the other staff is just as good. A great group of people.
Sent my daughter to your store for second opinion on jeep failure to start. Autozone had checked her battery and said it was 100% but since the jeep had to be boosted, she needed a starter. She called me and I told her that didn’t sound right. Your clerk checked her battery, found a bad cell, replaced the battery. She drove back to Lubbock with no issues. Autozone had tried to upsell her a starter knowing that in the end she would also have to purchase a battery. Your staff was honest, efficient, and helpful. Will not return to Autozone O’ Reillys is our only choice for auto parts. Thank you!
Very rude and said they get in trouble for taking transmission fluid when it clears states OReillys accepts transmission fluid won’t be going back to this location
Kaila went above and beyond to help me figure out what was going on with my van. She came outside, had a look at my vehicle, even helped me diagnose it and provided me with great solutions. Thank you so much for advice
My battery died while spending a night in Big Spring, and the next morning was Labor Day, but thankfully O'Reilly Auto Parts was open. I had tried going to AutoZone, but they were lazy and wouldn't help me. O'Reilly came to the rescue and I was able to purchase a battery there and Garrett installed it for me, despite being difficult and taking quite some time. Garrett is AWESOME and went above and beyond the call of duty for O'Reilly and really helped me and the misses out of a jam. Because of him, we were able to safely get back home to El Paso that day and he relieved the anxiety that hit Sunday night when the battery died and we had no idea how we were going to resolve it. Thank you so much to O'Reilly Big Spring and ESPECIALLY Garrett who is wonderful!
Great auto parts store. The employees will help you find what you are looking for or point you in the right direction if they don't have what you need. Great prices not too expensive and good quality parts
Great place to go get parts, the employee are very knowledgeable and very helpful. Just sucks when they r full. Takes anywhere from 5to 10 mins to be seen

I will say this, there is one person I have dealt with there that has a pretty good knowledge of auto parts. That person also happens to be a female.
Ordered online but the website glitched because it said my order would be ready in an hour but three hours later I went to town so decided to stop in and see if even partial of my order was ready. Turns out the website didn’t actually order some of my parts however the items they did have on hand they gave me and put in an order for the parts the website hadn’t ordered.
They went above and beyond when I was told to return at a later date because my items were ready and I could only carry some of it and was planning to walk back in for a second armful but one of them came walking out with it so I didn’t have to go back in. I really appreciated the extra hands carrying things to my truck.
Always a fan of O’Reilly and will continue to shop here first when seeking auto parts or accessories.
We have had to come here quite a few times in the last 2 months lately and we have found what we needed. The workers are so helpful and very knowledgeable. They are also helpful with helping you making the best decision in what to buy. The parts and products we have needed have been available, which had been important.
Too bad that there are some good workers in this store then you get one bad apple that spoils it for everyone else. Nice lady there offered to help with alternator part and the man working refused to allow her too guess he only does the minimal. Some much for customer satisfaction not his problem.
I have been using this location since it opened. I have always been greeted when entering. My go to store for parts. I've rented several tools and they have always been in great condition. They stand behind their warranties. And price match as well.
I went there about a week ago because I needed help with my jeep. There was a Gentlemen that work there named Augie and he was very helpful! I will definitely go there again!
What does using the devise to scan why check engine light on, have anything to do with Covid-19?? Excuses!! I completely understand close contact & hand shaking, but what's the big deal with using the devise? Are they really not allowed to go outside during this time? Don't they have to be outside in order to get inside the store to get to work? Let's all just take this sad world situation we're going through & make it an excuse to be lazy, why don't we??!! They completely lost my business!

I always go to OReileys auto parts store because I almost always have very nice people to help me there. This time was no exception. I had a very pleasurable expereince even though I was having to spend quite a bit of money, which never makes me to happy. Very nice young man helped me find what I needed and then helped me carry it to my car. 👍👍
They have friendly staff that offers to help you, they look up your vehicle quickly and offer a variety of parts and prices I come here for all my vehicle needs thank you O'Reillys!!!!
Absolutely the best place to get your car parts in Big Springs Texas. These folks wouldn't leave me alone until I had everything I needed. I'm very pleased with their performance!
O'Reilly Auto Parts is a great store with great employees. They are very helpful and will help you with anything they can. If they don't have what you need they will order it and get it to you as quickly as possible. They also help people that don't know cars like me and don't make you feel awkward. Great job
