Super mala experiencia, 0 profesionales. Desde el dia 1 de Abril fui a pagar una pieza que supuestamente para ese viernes me la “tenian lista”. Llame el Sabado y no contestaron llame el Lunes y me dieron numero del supuesto “dueño” me dijo que la tenian en otra locacion y que el me llamaba cuando estuviera lista me mando foto de una troca Gris y yo le explique que era blanca la Que yo habia pagado, me dijo que si que la blanca la tenian en otra locacion pero que si me la tenian para AYER. Mensaje tras mensaje y solo me dejaba en visto, volvi a llamar TODO EL DIA DE HOY 04/07/2026 y lo mismo que ya me la iban a tener lista y que la traian de otra locacion y que me llamaban cuando estuviera ahi. Tuve que volver a llamar 10 minutos antes de que cerraran para que salieran con que era la pieza incorrecta porque no era el color que yo habia pedido! Pedi un reembolso a las 7pm , son las 9pm y es hora de que no han mandado mi dinero!
Very disappointed with this used auto parts shop. I called 3x ahead from Brownsville to make sure they had the part I needed, and they told me it was available. I drove all the way to Mercedes just to be told they didn’t have it. The staff just pointed fingers and gave no real answer or apology. Complete waste of time and gas — very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Had called ahead of going and while I was there, I took my alternator off, waited for three hours , just to be told that they didn't have one after all that time.. oh yeah I spent another 1/2 hour just to put it back on and needed a boost after all that.... that was a bad day
They offered me a car for sale at alamaraz it started messing up on me ,they never reached bk out when id tell them about my situation or about anything I didn't pay it trying to fix it on my own that they were aware of and kept saying if u need it checked call me or come by id call no answer id get the run around...i was gonna pay for a car keep in mind that I wasn't even insuraned on and they kept giving me the run around too have me added on their insurance too. I had to pay double to take the placas out 500 the first time for it being under someone else's name' and than when I'm done pay again another 500 to have it switched to my name which I thought was ridiculous.
They came to pick up the car and didn't even try to work the situation out just said that I had to pay full $7500 in order to get the vehicle back they clearly knew the car was messed up and they knew they were screwing me over
Very unprofessional when id go talk to someone their was a kid to attend me never the person who had sold me the car it was always a run around
I recommend to never deal w this people in this kinda way with getting a vehicle their or any part
Their just out to screw one and take ur money they really don't care about customer service
I had called over the phone and gave me a price on a transmission and I drove 45 minutes to get there and they changed the price and didn't go on there original price. I don't recommend they change prices.

Ratas.. they sold me a transmission that was already bad.i told them about it. Gave me a 3 month waranty.. didn't even last 2.. and they been saying they would replace for waranty. Is been a month that I been waiting. And don't even reply back to my messages anymore.. took $1800 from me for a part that is no good. I'm going to suit them for fraud..
Very poor service! Not only that, they don't care about the customers time...
I called for a 2004 Toyota Sienna wheel, and they affirmed they had it in stock. Drove 25 min, got there and was ready to pay for the wheel and take it. The receptionist sent me to the workers that disassemble the parts from vehicles. They tell me "we have no wheels for that vehicle".
I go back in and tell the person that took my call about the situation and now they say they have the sienna in another yard about 3 min away. To go that direction and they will have it for me there. I drive that way and ask the workers about the sienna wheels. To my surprise they say they don't have sienna parts. At this point I am already disappointed and tell workers about the situation not understanding why management would affirm they have the item I need. Answer... "They are just sitting in there and don't know what they are doing and what is going on out here".
I just left the place.
I don't know why they don't just say "we don't have what you need", when I called. Waste of time!
NEVER COME TO DO BUSINESS HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET THE RUNAROUNDS.
No lo recomiendo para nada tienen mecanicos que asen un mugrero de trabajo y lo peor de todo que el patron ni se ase responsable de la poqueria de trabajo que asen sus mecanicos no les recomiendo para nada
Completely ridiculous place, got a seatbelt barely functioning he still wanted to charge 30 dollars for a old broken seatbelt off an ancient ford ranger. I said I'll pay 20 and he acted like I just insulted him. Don't waste your time here.
Worst experience ever. Sold me a part that didn’t work they said if it didn’t work I would get full money back. They did not refund me any money just “cash back”
Great customer service and really fast too.. they also provide mechanic work and there on the ball as far as I see. I would recommend this place to check for use parts or service.
Don tino and his secretary are very fortunate and reasonable..exceptional service and highly kind to their customers.i highly recommend almaraz for any automotive occasion wether your car breaks down amd need a tow or something such as a part you need for your vehicle they got it
