The company damaged my vehicle. Did not notify me that they had my stolen vehicle. I had to pay $ 800.00 to get my stolen and damaged vehicle back.

After my daughter being in a car accident , the police decided to call this horrible tow truck place, not even 24 hours and I call to see how much to pick up the car that is under my name, the put a price of over $700 to be able to recover, make it truly hard to even pay so they can keep the vehicle, very unprofessional when calling giving different prices going back and forth with a man and a lady ( who knows who it was)when asked how much would it be to take out and then ask for my car title if I want to recover anything from inside my car , and to top it off taking advantage of my daughter being unconscious to take keys from her.

Very expensive, poor customer service, must work on communication, not changing prices, every time it was different prices, very inaccurate.
