With all due respect, based on my experience, I wouldn’t even give this mechanic one star review. Wouldn’t recommend this business. My humble opinion. I am offended on what this business did to my car. I need to look for another mechanic cause they broke Windshield Washer Fluid Reservoir and I don’t trust their work on my car after they needed to replaced the supposedly used new part cause it didn’t work the first one ; now the issue was a sensor that needed to be changed. Plus they wanted to turn my car with a part of hose missing and with new other issues it didn’t had before. Waited over a month. Paid them fully for this!!! Not worth it.
Fernando came to my rescue when I had a blowout. Roman's Roadside Service replaced my tire, filled it up with air and eased my worries. They arrived quickly and I was so happy to get the help I needed. Thanks Fernando for doing an amazing job!
Had a great experience with Roman's Roadside Service. My car battery died on me, and he arrived in less than thirty minutes to jump start it and get me a new battery from a close by AutoZone. He was able to install it for me after that and had reasonable prices.
Amazing and Very quick service, we happened to get get nail in our tire and needed assistance asap and they were quick to answer and came and even patched up our tire. DEFINITELY recommend 10/10
Got a flat tire coming from Brownsville to McAllen. I live in Brownsville and when things like this happen I know who to trust, call and can help. Yet in McAllen I had no idea who to trust with good service or who would take advantage of the situation and rip me off. I called around and I was not convinced until I called Roman's. They answered the phone and right away they asked for tire # that way they had a spare tire just in case mine was not repairable and they told me they would be at the place I was in 30 min. Fernando showed up and he was so professional and fast at fixing the problem. I highly recommend them. Price is affordable and they did an amazing job. No rip offs, no gimmicks, just great service. Thank you again Fernando!

I work not far from these people. They do roadside service and are excellent at it but also his brother Christian is my business' mechanic, South Texas Propane. I couldn't recommend these brothers more. My cars develop a problem and they can fix and get me back on the road fast. Before them i didn't have a reliable mechanic. By the way this is an unsolicited review. I am just really impressed. Keep it up

Worst road side assistance , the guys don’t know what they are doing on the mechanical part and just take your money , they told me they couldn’t find the problem and washed there hands and said here’s your bill , they said for a 5 star review we”ll lower the price so most of these high reviews are because of that , after everything the tests they ran and said were good turned out to be the cause of my break down and didn’t fix anything ! On top of that took forever to arrive !
Amazing Roadside Service! I was on my way home and stayed without gas and searched for a road side assistance and Romans Roadside Service was available on the spot!! His prices were high but affordable and had Quality Service!
