Money hungry business. Their business hours 8-4 and charge you per day. I had my truck repossessed at 3 pm. I couldn’t go pick up the same day because they close so early and paid in the morning and they’re charging me two days. I don’t care what kind of system computer they use but it hasn’t even been 24 hours and they’re charging me two days. That’s called a messed up scam system. I called the owner and gave me mad attitude! Told me it’s his business and wasn’t going to help me even tho it wasn’t there for a day.
Only one lady was nice after I called her out on her behavior. These types of business think that they are law enforcement because they act like government agents when you talk to them. The people working there lack empathy. I asked them to wait just a few minutes so my wife can pick up the vehicle. The lady said pretty much they will not wait, they close at 4pm. These people are not human. I can see how the few reviews left about this business aren't good.
Just horrible they had my vehicle less then 24 hours and they threw their leftover food and trash in the bed of my truck and when I called they just gave attitude and hung up the phone horrible person and ppl

They turn on the lights and go in and out of traffic on a high speed even with a tow truck, they are going to the high rated speed, weather lights on thinking that they are law-enforcement and try to blocking people but anyway I do not recommend this company, especially the employees, and I hope the judge is going to see my side of the case
Home Chasers Auto Recovery Inc to Superb!!! This company it's so good. They always helped me out when i needed some help, and plus they're really nice people. Making you comfortable even when you don't know much about cars. They picked up my car and dropped it off at my house quickly and safely. Totally recommend them when you have towing needs! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Immature workers. Peeled out in my vehicle with no oil when they should be towing it and not driving it. Drove it all the way to Edinburg from La Feria. Left my gas tank EMPTY. The lady that works in the office is rude. Messed up business. Hopefully the one who drove my vehicle the way he did is the only idiot that works there for the sake of their business.
