Horrible customer service , I live in San Juan it’s. 22 min drive to their location therefore I called ahead of time to let them know I was heading over to get my fathers items from his truck. The man knew I was on my way I arrived and called again to be let in he said someone will get to me outside. No one ever came out so I called again and I quote his response “like I said I’d be there shortly I am at the post office” he never let me know he wouldn’t be there nor that he was at any post office and I let him know with time I’d be heading that way. I waited another 20-30 min the proceeded to text him and no reply. They have no sympathy nor care for people’s time and belongings. Till this moment 2 hours later no reply
Broncos towing service has the worst customer service I've seen, zero empathy. My wife and kid were involved in a wreck and needed the keys to go into the house after they were discharged from the hospital and they wanted to charge me 110 for a 10 minute drive to just drop off some keys or have someone meet them for them to pick it up
These guys are horrible. Rude and they lost our key. Driver put down no key. I personally handed it to him. Very unprofessional. Texas towing and south texas towing. All 3 the same company.
