I called tonight and due to panic and premature decisions I was not able to use their services but I can tell you this, their phone number is saved as a contact on my phone. Their quote was reasonable and HONEST! Their customer service was 5 out of 5! I was in panic but with their response, reassurance and care it made me feel so at ease. Though I did not use their service tonight I 100% recommend!
They responded quickly to the accident scene and were clearly careful with my car. They kept us well informed. We had to go get items out of the car on a Sunday and he was willing to open up to let us do that. The car was secure when we got there and we feel very comfortable with the services of this company. I hope to never need their services as a result of a car crash but it was very good having them available.
Excellent customer service, called after 8pm and piece of mind to knoe Luis made the trip to help my college kiddo who was stranded, within 10 mins to tow him to safety. Very reliable service, would recommend 5 star towing.
Luis is the man he help me tow my 2010 Silverado all the way to my house and I think the price is cheap for a tow I paid more when l was living up north. He was there in 35 minutes.
Wonderful service!!! He was very kind and patient with me. He came out after 5pm even though that's when he closes and actually checked my car before towing it. He was able to notice that my negative terminal was just loose and tightened it so that I could turn the car on and drive it myself! After all that he just asked for a tip for coming out and didn't charge me anything. Please please book with him!
Responded quickly, was very helpful and knowledgeable! I called for a tow to the mechanics since my car wouldn’t start. When he arrived, helped me figure out that all I needed was a new battery and gave me a jumpstart to get to the auto parts store. This saved me time and money and I’m so grateful for how helpful he was!
His brother is Lone star towing and was gonna tow me all the way to Austin. While waiting 5 star towing came to get me and gave me water until his brother could take me to austin. Amazing service. Extremely affordable.
Luis showed up within an hour....during the busiest of times....(Lunch). He asked what went wrong, asked to take a look at my car...and by some miracle it turned on. Luis came out quickly when other tow truck drivers wouldn't. Luis also helped me get out of a scam by DPS and another tow company. I would recommend Luis' tow service to my friends and family. He has a flatbed and is experienced.

On Sunday 05/05/24 I needed my truck towed to a different location and I had originally called Capital Towing and told them about the location and the driver made a bunch of excuses about doing it so I canceled it. I called 5 star towing and told them about the location and they took care of it quick. Will for sure keep these guys in mind.
12/7/23 8:00am. I called for a tow and Luis said he could meet me in 30 minutes. He gave a very affordable price to take my car from 107 and La Blanca to the Quik Lane on McColl and University. He was kind and professional. I would definitely use this company again if necessary!

I had an unexpected blow out (flat) tire. Called 5 Star Towing Trans.they reached out immediately changed my tire within less 45 minutes. Fast, prompt ,reliable and courteous service. Not to mention fairly economic. Thank you Mr.Luis for your assistance.
