This is the store in Gun Barrel City O'reilly's.I like going in there.They're good people very helpful.They check you at the store front to make sure that you don't have to have their help.All you gotta do is ask.They'll tell you what aisle or before you know it.They're walking ahead of you to go show you good people
They don't know anything about running the scanner to read ABS codes. Could not read anything.
Went down the road to AutoZone and they pulled the code for me in about 5 minutes
Scott a d Rebecca were amazing. I am from over an hr away, and had to replace my altanator on the fly. Thank you for being soon very helpful and making it easy for me to exchange and replace right then and there so I could get back to my day. ?

When I was in there, I was asking just basic questions. I went outside to wait for my car to cool down from my vehcile over heating, and they could see I was having problems, but neither of those men asked if I needed help. Thankfully, a random customer who didn't speak very good English (enough to communicate with me, a very sweet guy) came over to assist me and even ended up giving me his card to call him in case my car over heated again while I was in town.
So thank you to Carlos, the random Samaritan who took time out of his day to help me when the O'Reilly's employees wouldn't.
Customer service here is the best I’ve encountered. 3stars due to be fact I’ve needed so much customer service. Have gotten several poorly manufactured parts that I had to return and get another one. It’s not the stores fault but corporate should definitely demand better from their vendors.
Associates are nice and know their job. They do get your part faster than any auto part store around here. Every auto store except O'Reilly was high priced. Not now, they are high on parts now and won't take a card over the phone. I understand about card fraud, but there should be a way to tell its not good. Because when your vehicle is down & no way to go and a mechanic is going to pick up, we'll you're screwed. Missing work, can't get food, etc. They need a better way to pay by card over the phone.
Devin, Chase, and Mrs. Rebecca helped me yesterday with my dodge diesel. They went way outta their way to help me find out what was wrong, find the correct part, and even helped with loaner tools to get the job done. I am very satisfied with their knowledge and help during a very stressful situation. They will forever have my business, thank you.
Friendly service and employees. The only thing is they need a better scanner to diagnose vehicles. I can't afford to replace parts that don't need to be.thanks for trying though.
I'm from Mississippi, I Had truck issues and stopped here Saturday morning 2/4/23, I didn't get the young man's name but he went well above and beyond to resolve the issue. Great customer focus!!

The two gentlemen that were working last evening were so nice and helpful. I wish I knew the name of the guy that helped me out because he really went above and beyond. I was looking for touch up paint for some scratches on my car, but didn't know how to match my paint, as my car is an uncommon blue color. He came out to my car and looked for the paint code and then pulled up the right color match for my car. They didn't have it in stock, but he explained everything about it and how to make sure I get the exact one I needed. I did purchase some trim and bumper paint because I found prices were fair. I don't live in the area this store was located in, I was here because of a job I was contracted to do, but when I am back in the area I will surely visit again.
Ordered a part for A/C for my car gave them the make and model so they would know what to order. Bought everything I needed $150. to recharge my A/C. The part came in, and it was the wrong fitting. Should have been male thread and was female. I took it back and the manager said I was stuck with it even though they ordered they wrong part. This is how they do business during a pandemic when people are struggling to get by? I went to 3 other places before I went there and no one else had the part! I was assured they could get the part. I guess when you deal with cheats you get what you pay for. I wont go there again. Buyer beware!
This is our "go to" auto parts store in town. Not all the time, but most of the time they have what we need at the price we can afford. Friendly staff, very helpful.
The seasoned workers are great, helpful when needing to find parts, or order a non stock part, knowledgeable of vehicles and repairs. Me & my son's have been regular loyal customers for the past 15yrs.
I cannot say enough good words for how Jason handled our problem. The horn didn't work, so couldn't pass inspection. He spent an inordinate amount of time diagnosing the problem. So ,even we didn't get it fixed, as they didn't have the part, my granddaughter knows what to do next.
I had a soda, it was good. They didn't sell me the soda, because they are an auto parts store. But yet I had a soda. And they got the specialty parts we needed in two hours. Between that and the soda five stars.
Walked in to the Gunbarrel city orielly an their was a guy standing their an I asked if he could check my mother in laws check engine light an he seemed very mad an I said is that okay with you an he said I guess so an said they need to take that sign down an I walked away never had any proublems here before buy lots of thing on are business account but I think I’ll go to auto zone for now on just real lazy an could tell he hated his job
Interesting...I was asked "can I help you?" Then,as I answered, older man with the white mustache cut me off and started talking to another customer like I was invisible. Very rude service and pathetic inventory of Ford product line. To answer your question, " yes, you could have helped me equip my new vehicle , but now,I'll be looking elsewhere." Sick of the gender discrimination in this store.
I have ordered parts from this particular store 3 times now.
3 times scorned due to incorrect part. Even while using EXACT vehicle make, model, year, engine size, or having the part in my hand at time of order they have always managed to get it wrong.
