Well regardless it wasn't there fault they towed my car I was in the hospital and my friend left on the side of the road. Even though I had road side assistance. He wasn't responsible

They almost always have parts you need. They have towing, as well. They helped me out tremendously on a personal matter. They even came in on a Sunday after church. I will never forget their kindness!
Had part I needed that I have been scoping out for a week as I passed by driving back and forth. I looked up part on their website, price was clearly stated. So I called when they opened the next day to go pay and retrieve product I had been eyeing when the guy on the phone quoted me a price higher than what was priced on their website. I politely thanked him and hung up phone. These are used auto parts, and he is charging retail price. On top of that he adds the bait and switch method. This is not the first time this has happened. I will never go to this place and recommend no one else does either.
Well, it's a place I don't recommend when I went to do the aliniacion I don't do anything to the car I just put it in and under the curtain and I don't touch the camber
Parts were higher than most and the dude behind the computer was about as friendly as a cardboard box. We went somewhere else and got our part $125 cheaper, also didn't have a core charge added as well. Plus the guys who loaded the rear axle on the truck were cool to deal with and that always makes it a better experience. This place was just the opposite, idk maybe the guy was having one of those days, but nonetheless they were still much more expensive.
Very over priced and staff is very unprofessional owner is rude and hateful and listens to gossip and hear say he is very unfair and biased to the newer employees than the ones who have been there a while everything they run or own is way overpriced they don't have a giving heart or compassion for anyone or what they might be going through

I remember going here one time couple years ago they had a red truck in the back and it must of only Ben a year old Z71 almost new truck . I asked about it and they was waiting and hiding it in the back so they could keep it from a dealer and be owner they are crooks. Watch your stuff. One guy likes to finger his brown hole in the broken down cars out front.
Great group of guys, really helped me out when I was in a bind and needed parts I could not find anywhere else local. Saved me a trip to the stealership.
They robbed my dad for his truck illegally towed it away and he never was informed or notified my father never ever seen his truck again poor man rest his soul
Most horrible salvage yard experience ever. Go to Car-part.com and find another salvage yard. Owner is rude and will overcharge you. Waited over a hour for a part that takes ten minutes to pull to be brought the rustiest, most corroded, grimiest part they could find even though they advised had multiple of it. When I complained about the part grade was told to go buy elsewhere. I obliged. I would rather set the car on fire than go back to Sunshine. Nothing sunny about the place.
Incredibly disappointed with the service I received from all these guys. And calmed every week for about 2 months asking for the rear axle off of the truck that had been sitting in their impound for the past 6 months every time I called they gave me the runaround saying they didn't have time to take it off that day they would get to it tomorrow (never happened) we went through a couple weeks with a bunch of storms so considering they're on playground I gave it a couple weeks for it to dry up called back and they had sold the truck even though I was told my info was written down as the part was supposed to be held until they called me to pick it up
The owner was very nice gentleman I was caught in a bad situation and he made it much easier and simpler and got me home and that made me very very happy so I would use the man anytime you need a wrecker or a tow
I'm disabled & haven't had a drink 05 / 05 / 1The same day I bought a trailor hitch. The owner said it would would fit on my Chevy truck.It didn't fit. I came back & owner said the one around the corner his help put in in the back my truckbecause I'm disabled to heavy. I took it to place puts the on. Still didn't fit. I took it back wouldn't help me get my money oot he whhe said didn't come from here.
I didn't get it there. This company should not be allowed to operate. r credit he said yes. We walked out he said it didn't come from there. Sorry am f ers.
Went to clear our wrecked truck today and Dennis was absolutely rude and inconsiderate of the situation, literally tapping his foot impatiently and telling us he doesn't have time for this. He so graciously let us borrow a tool after grumbling and rolling his eyes. I even had to work the computer for him to print out my own proof of insurance after waiting for 30 minutes to find my paperwork because the front of house office is in dirty disarray and super unorganized. When finished getting the truck cleaned and trying to leave he screamed at us to go with hands in the air. Very impersonal and rude. If there had been a choice, it would have never been this company. Get your stuff together folks.

Was told they had starter and alternator when get there was not pulled 3 hrs before closing and said have wait till tomorrow he wanted fix a bumper on his truck and only have one Pullman there so after helping with bumper found out he didn't have right alternator he wanted 60 but when needed the extra pigtail to adapt his to mine he wanted charge me 125 the place is high on prices and has no appreciation for the customer highly not recommended
