Don't EVER use these people!! They lie to you about your car and don't want to give it back to you. Ginger (liar) told me SHE was contacting the adjuster for my wreck. I believed her..for a minute. Then I started contacting the adjuster myself and found out she hadn't reached out not even once. I paid 800 for my car to be released and she told me Santander hadn't released it yet so I couldn't come get it. Well guess what? I did anyway. They are crooked as a snakes back and need to be shut down. I'm contacting the BBB.
I want to give a shout-out to Valerie at Copart Austin North. She is very nice, caring, and truly 5-star. I’ve been here quite a few times and always had a good experience.
The staff is helpful and respectful. They value their customers and try their best. You can’t satisfy everyone, but I think this team is doing a great job. I have been here quite few times 🙌 🙌

Worst place to go and purchase ur car, just keep in mind u are only allowed to check 2 cars and u can’t go inside plus rude customers service and charging late fee with no reason
Truck was taken to their shop for insurance to look at, when it was delivered back to my house everything of value was taken out of it including $1k+ of power tools. Staff acts clueless

If I could give no stars I would!!!! Car was totaled and not our fault. Capital One gave an okay for usaa to come pick up the totaled car but every time usaa contacts copart, copart bluntly states usaa doesnt have authorization to pick up the car. Mind you the wreck took place September 15th this year!!! Anyways, will be contacting the BBB, Office of the attorney General, news and having our lawyer step in if they don't do right. There's proof Capital One has sent the okay for usaa to get the car yet they are denying them. If your looking at picking apart or buying a wrecked honda civic si 2018 from them... don't because its a whole legal mess and will be a bigger one once we get other people involved.
THE WORST VENDOR POSSIBLE. TOOK MY VEHICLE FROM THE BODY SHOP WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION, TOOK A WEEK TO GET IT SORTED AND INSTEAD OF TOWING BACK TO BODY SHOP THEY SENT IT TO MY HOUSE. USAA NEEDS TO TERMINATE THEIR CONTRACT. GINGER WAS OF NO HELP AND RUDE, NEVER APOLOGIZED OR OFFERED ANY ASSISTANCE AND JUST BLAMED USAA. I'LL NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. ALSO, MY CAR CAME BACK COMPLETELY COVERED IN DIRT, DID THEY JUST POUR A PILE OF DIRT ON IT? HASNT RAINED HERE SO NOT SURE HOW A SITTING VEHICLE GOT THIS DIRTY.
this is the worst place to buy vehicle from them. They give you a hard time. They don’t wanna give you your vehicle and they keep charging you late fee most transportation company they don’t like to go to this location.
I need my ph9ne back and yall could not meet ne no where yall took phone to taylor office and still no one will meet me i have a disabled mom and its obvous i have a truck thats tottaled and was not my fault you driver would nit bring phone back and yall really are bad servea no one has contacted me other then the driver now hes not answering i tryed all day today no one answerd me i think im going to call my lawyer on this because no one has reachez out to me and now it says yall are closed and i need to go to west coulumbia to my mom but you have phone this happemx a day ago and i need phone back now the driver is ignoring my phone now and its at tylor office is what he said why cany yall give my phone back or meet me half way i liv3 in bastrop once the driver relized it was there he should have brought it back bad buisness was he trying to keep it or what but i need phone back and if its damaged tgere will be a problem its only 3 months old so it better be in the shape it was when he took it plese dont make me call my lawyer plus im mentaly incomptint by state of texas you will deal with bluebonnet trails staff im calling my case worker its important for me to have phone mahor issues

This place of business ran thru my damaged vehicle and took personal items from my car.
Items missing:
Brand new rechargeable spot light
Brand new set of tools(the left the bag the came in)
USB chargers that plug into the car.
They will not even talk to you about the missing items and make you go through your adjuster.
DO NOT HAVE YOUR VEHICLE TOWED HERE. THIEVES WORKING IN THEIR YARD. JUST GARBAGE.
Picked up a car today, and everything went very quickly. I’d especially like to highlight the lady on the forklift — she’s very professional and kind, everything went smooth and quick. This is one of the best Copart locations I’ve ever been
Got hit by drunk driver.Our car got total here.when USAA (a newbie,she only give us the address and lot number when we called and asked)finally send us the info so we can pick up our stuff in the car.some one clean our car already…..by stole all the valuable stuff (Wi-Fi speaker,car heater,obdII scanner,car jumper,120v socket,120$ first aid that’s brand new in the wrap.)and left all the junk in the back trunk. We were hurry to the physical therapy and return the rental car(cause USAA only give us few days of rental and not even tell us where is our old car get tolled very last moment). So we grab all the bags,brought them home and found out all the stuff we need are gone.🙃We just drove 3 hours to picked up our junk.
Office lady is too bad. She hold my title more than 3weeks for no reason. I ask her to speak with supervisor, she denied.
Every day, I call office they tell me that they will mail title to the funder , but they continue to hold it.

White old lady with vest on was so rude, she has a very bad attitude and i could tell the minute she started talking and asking who was next…i felt bad for the people she talked to so rudely when they asked for help. but the ladies who helped at the computers were just fine.
Driver was running late this morning due to an issue and could not meet the appointment time or grace period. Called and spoke with Ashley, and explained the situation to her. She was very understanding and helped us out. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and provided excellent customer service.

In reference to the lot No.41928584 dated on April 03…. This is to inform you the following details:
Since winning the bid up to date, the vehicle is still not shipped due to some missing documents regarding the car & shipment, as I have been informed.
The company (W8 -shipping company) had been trying several times to contact you as Copart Company to finalize all documents related to the vehicle with no answer in most of times and uncomprehensive answers if any from your side.
This may be led to consider it as careless attitude and unprofessional way to deal with customers and give the rights to argue with you for financial compensation due to holding the cash money, delay in document’s’ delivery and thus delay in shipment, etc. and effect the vehicle indeed, such as damages, tampering, and any other unexpected actions.
Thus, I would conclude the all above details with the request to have a quick and serious response and reactions from your side towards the issue, and to be done within the upcoming few days.
