I would give them ten stars if I could. They had what I needed, we’re very friendly and courteous, they did a lot of research to try to get correct parts, very reasonable prices and most cooperative
Called to check on parts for an old tractor, at 10:00 a m, was told the parts guy wasn't there yet, left a message with my phone number and was told I would be called, that was Tuesday, it's Thursday and still haven't heard from them yet.
I needed a good front axle for my John Deere 4010. They had just the parts I needed at a fare price. I believe they have any part a person could need as well as engines and hydrolic cylinders. Good folks family run business.
I was very impressed. They weren't able to locate a part for me. They gave me a return call the next day. Saying that they tried. But there's none to be found and I live in Minnesota.
I had spoke to Chris on the phone the day before . I sent pictures of the part that I had been unable to find due to the age of the tractor. Chris had 2 to choose from !! I went to another larger tractor supply company in Taylor to get the rest of my supplies .( I had talked to them the day before also) and was treated like I was a "dumb woman". So I left and went back to Chris and bought the rest of my supplies from him. He even had called and located a hose adaptor for me at another store for $ 22.00. The "other" tractor supply had priced one for me at $50.00. I will be going to B&M tractor parts from now on. Service well worth the 4 hr round trip to get there. THANKS CHRIS!!
