Got here fast and provided Awesome customer service!!! I recommend using them!
Everything was great....John was on time....The fee was reasonable. My only complaint is that there was no kind of documentation (Virtual or otherwise) offered by the driver to verify services. I had to give my vehicle & keys to someone I didn't know without supporting documentation. It was a weird feeling.
I urge you to not use this company unless you have money to throw away. They will ask for credit card information before they arrive. I waited about 50 minutes for them to arrive. I was charged for services i did not request. Here is what i was charged with. Service Fee - $ 59.00 Tow/Hook Fee - $90.00 Safety - $65.00 Admin Fee - $32.00 Special Equipment - $75.00 Mind you this was a standard tow on my car. Best part was they only towed it 2 miles. Do not use
