I would want to express my appreciation to this Pasadena towing company for their help. Every time they have helped me, they have consistently exceeded my expectations in terms of dependability and efficiency. They have surpassed all anticipations. Their drivers consistently exhibit an incredible level of professionalism and take extra care with my car, demonstrating a genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service and a genuine concern for their clients' satisfaction. I sincerely appreciate everything they have done to help.
One evening, while I was leaving work, my car unexpectedly broke down on the side of the road. I was lost and didn't know what to do. I phoned this towing company at that point, and they saved my life! The driver was really kind and accommodating, and he arrived promptly. In addition to fixing my car's issue, he offered to drive me home. Their roadside assistance service made me very happy!
They do not honor the time that they say they will show up. When asked about it they got upset, told me it was non refundable, argued with me over the time agreed for them to come out, then told me it was canceled and hung up on me. Called back and spoke to a different guy who was able to get me a refund. Someone in the office had their panties in a bunch. Must of had a case of the Mondays, sheesh. Thanks for wasting my time.
