This company is horrible. They were contacted to tow a car on 3/14/26, they said it would take an hour, after 2.5 hours, no one came; I had to leave because I had my daughter with me. I kept calling, the dispatcher claimed the driver didn’t see the vehicle. I drove back in the morning, the vehicle was still there. I called them back and they wanted another $250 on top of the $350 that was given the previous day. This is a rip off company, do not use them.

Had to move a Heavy Duty Truck from one job site to another in Pasedena. The tow was done safely and without any hassle. The staff communicated pickup times well, which made coordinating everything easier. Reliable towing service all around.
