MIKE RIPPED ME OFF on this floor shifter and won’t give me a refund / store credit. I called and asked if they have a floor shifter that came out of a 2004 I specifically said 2004. The A-hole told me “yes we have one that came out of a 2004.” I asked again in person he says “yes it’s 2004” Well not only is this from a 2007 but beyond damaged by the “mechanic” that takes off the parts. How can someone who deals with money in the front not know his numbers. Also stop hiring people who didn’t go/finish trade school to take parts out Edit: Mike said nothing about the pet being damaged and lied about telling me the right year

Good luck getting ahold of the owner quickly if they sell you a part that’s a dud. Good luck having them honor their warranty as well. I recommend finding another shop that doesn’t enjoy scolding elderly woman as well.

Went in for an A/C compressor for my 2023 Ford F-150. The men at the front helped me find my compressor and were some nice gentlemen. I was recommended here by some family and I will definitely be coming back for more parts in the future.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Bought an engine for my 2004 Tahoe, cashier said and I quote “we can pull it for you, the truck is running if you want to see it” I come back the next day to buy the engine and he says “oh they just pulled the engine” but I hadn’t told them I was buying it yet so why would it be pulled I thought to myself. He takes me to some random Yukon and says this is where it came out of, which was a complete lie and when I see the engine I could tell it had not “JUST” been pulled it had been sitting. Charged me $50 extra bucks as a core charge in order for me to keep my warranty. After waiting an hour I finally take the engine home and had a iffy feeling so I decided to void my warranty by popping off the heads to see the real condition of the engine only see nothing but CAKED up sludge everywhere inside and slightly rusted parts, took days to clean out the internals while keeping the engine assembled, called back to let them know I was unhappy about the condition and all they had to say was “it was running when we gave it to you with zero knocking and you voided the warranty” when clearly it hadn’t been ran in more than just months, finally put the engine in and come find out the crankshaft bearings are spun and no good with a huge knocking sound. Now I’m stuck here with no engine after spending arm and leg on new internals only to find out the heart of the engine is completely useless, 3k down and still no engine. Buying a new engine is cheaper than buying a new crankshaft and installing it after machining. THIS PLACE IS BEYOND A MESS OF SCAMMERS. My sister even bought a small plate to cover her gas tank and payed too much for a junk yard part. they have no care for customer satisfaction. Never coming back just like many other customers in their reviews. Nothing but hustlers and scammers.

Stopped in yesterday to pickup a bumper and trunklid. Drove in from San Antonio and Felix and Mike were awesome. Parts were as described and Mike even helped me locate another part i needed at a yard in SA. Also got a decent price break after looking over the parts. Above and beyond my expectations here. When i returned to SA to check the other part, the staff knew of Mike and were very appreciative of the referral nice to deal with. Thanks Gold Dust!

I purchased my Mini Cooper motor from gold dust. They were quick to help and set up freight for me to ship it to WA. There was an unforeseeable slight issue with the motor, but once I talked to the guys at gold dust we were able to come to a fair agreement and they took care of me. I would definitely do business with confidence with them again.

Mr. Mike is a really good guy and I talked to him on a Saturday about a motor but I let him know that I wasn’t going to be able to come get it until the following Tuesday morning and Mr. Mike held on to that motor for me until I got there and I really appreciate him for that cause he could have just sold it to Some else and he didn’t do that so I appreciate. Called before coming in cause i drove from houston asked if they had a certain part for my car and they told me yes came in waited a whole hour for them to tell me their system says they have 2 parts but couldn't find the part so waited a whole damn hour for nothing. Update your system so you wont have customers waiting on nothing or these employees need to look better. Go else where don't waste your time here like I did.

I called to confirm that they had the part i needed. They said yes. Asked if they could start pulling it out so we can save time. They told me i had to be there. Drove an hour away. Waiting 1 hour inside for them to tell me they don’t have the parts. Complete clown show inside. I over heard Employees telling their boss that another customers order was going to take a while because he has to watch a YouTube video on how to remove it.

i called for steering column for scion they said they want $75 i said ok let me pay you over the phone so it would be ready when we get there the sales man said we dont take a payment over the phone you need to come here and pay and then we pull it out after driving for 45 min from Houston and waiting there for more than half an hour they are coming back and telling us they dont even have the car very disappointed and very nasty place to buy the used parts
