I went to do an AAA call and was treated with upmost disrespect I've ever experienced and as an African American I've been through very racial experiences
These people were blatantly disrespectful and rude and very aggressive towards me and a couple of their physical customers that where there. A customer informed me that "that is how they talk to everybody" I feel like no shop that treats people as such should be an active business. I had to call police on scene to get a little respect and even with they where still aggressive
I've brought my last 2 vehicles here. From brakes, to AC, to suspension...he's fix it all for us! He also has his own tow service, so you don't have to worry about an extra bill to someone else!
I'll continue to bring my vehicles here!!! Great price, turnaround and service!
We were referred to Cernosek when my daughter's car broke down out of town. We couldn't be happier with the quality of service that Lance gives.
