There is a lot I can say about this company. Along with the bank that hired them. This company and Wellby are unethical in their dealings with people and property. They trespassed onto private property went beyond what the law allows them to do. Couldn’t even notify me to get my belongings.
This towing company is shady. Have people cars picked up from place of business just to make some money I was at work. My car was outside and when I got off, my car was gone, even though it was late and my car was only one that was out there, they took it up on themselves to pick up my vehicle, so do not use their service for nothing especially if you're in the Harrisburg east in Houston don't leave your car sitting out too long cause if you're eating working and your car is the only one that's out there they will tow it without the business permission or your permission
Devin Dersone with Gulf Coast Fleet was absolutely amazing. Someone had stolen our Catalytic Converter off of our box truck and he brought our replacement. Penske quoted us 2hrs, we only waited about 1hr and 15m before he got here. Our current truck had shelving that we needed to uninstall and reinstall into the new truck, which we had no tools, so he completely assisted us with the transfer as well as transferring our items to the new truck. Completely amazing experience with Devin to what started out as a bad day, he made the process so much easier. Rest assured you’ll be taken care of. Again, thank you Devin.
Absolutely the worst experience I have had with a tow company. I towed HD for years. Driver stripped my bolts on the joint straps, 24 mile tow should not take as long as it did and definitely shouldn't cost $1400.

Today I had a truly great experience with Gulf Coast towing’s heavy tow operator Richard Garcia. He was very professional and took great care of my truck and trailer while he was towing it to the Kenworth dealership.
I was driving down interstate 45 going about 70 miles an hour. One of their employees driving a tow truck was tailgating me. I switched lanes to exit and he got on the side of me and shot me the finger. I would think in my mind that being a company that handles towing vehicles after people have been in horrific accidents would be the last ones to try to and cause one by driving recklessly. I have never use this company for their services but I truly believe that this speaks volumes when it comes to their customer service.
