After calling about 6 salvage yards, I called Scott Street, and let me just say that this place should have been my first call. Not only did they have the exact part I needed for my Honda Fit, the people I interacted with on the phone and at the store were kind, thorough, and absolutely helpful. Just joy to work with. My part came with a 90-day guarantee, too. I just had it put on, and everything is perfect so far. It’s nice to know that by using salvaged car parts I’m recycling, too, bringing new life to part of a discarded car. Take a look, too, at Scott Street’s About section on their website. It’s fascinating how long this small family business has been around, and I am so glad they still are going strong.
The customer service on the phone & in person is well . They look up your part you're looking for go in the back and bring it back there is a card charge for using a debit card. They also have 90 day warranty on parts . For a used part its a plus fir me I'll. Back . They do have cats inside running around I'm not a cat lover ,but I'm just there to get my part & I'm out .
Sold me a broke motor paid mechanic 1000$ then had to pay a mechanic to take it out I still have no car to drive & im out of over 1500$ this place iffy
Rusty from international truck parts in San Antonio told me the part was available in my area. It was so easy! The whole process, I called ,they had it I waited 10 minutes. Paid. That was all! Super easy!

Someone wrecked the side view mirror on my Acura. I took it to the local stealership (Dallas area) and they quoted me almost $900 for a replacement, and they did not know when they would be able to get the part. I searched online for the part and found it at Scott Street. I grew up in Houston and think I got a part from them in the late 80s, so I gave them a call.
Kenneth found my part no problem. I paid on Monday (MLK Jr. Birthday) and the part was delivered to me by UPS on Tuesday (nice job by both Scott Street and UPS). I got the part installed Tuesday night. Overall, I saved almost $600. Glad I thought to do it myself. Thanks Kenneth and Scott Street!

I had an excellent experience at Scott St. Jorge quickly located the bumper I needed from my phone call, and we set up a time for me to come down and take a look. When I got there it was in great condition, and we negotiated a fair price for it. And the whole process took just a few minutes - I was back on the road without even needing an extended lunch break. I'm a very satisfied customer.
I called to see if they had a machine for check engine lights the guy says "no this is an auto parts store not a mechanic" very unintelligent statement because autozone is a auto parts store and they have a reader it's how they get you to buy their part, genius!

I called them for a side mirror and they tried to match my existing color. They even recommended a shop to install my mirror for me. They were all very nice and fast about getting me what I needed.

I bought a right rear brake caliper for a 04 Chevrolet Impala, I called ahead to check the availability and price, they honored the phone quote and they pulled the part,(which was a blessing in itself).
