Miguel sent me to the back to find Jesus who sent me to find somebody else who wasn't around, so I had to go back to the front office and he had to call over the radio, and then when I get back to the back I still can't find a guy who's supposed to get me my parts. After about 30 minutes, I found Louise, showed him what i Needed, 2 rear D pillers for a 2002 suburban, spend $20.00 in gas to come to this man shop and paid him $40 for the pillars, as his worker was taking the pillars off he broke four clamps that hold the pillars on, and when I tried to put the pillars on in the parking lot they were so sun-dried they cracked in half. Would NOT recommend
It's the worst deal. I bought an engine from Miguel. He sold me an engine that doesn't work. He changed it and gave me another one that doesn't work. Lugo says they don't have another engine. He told me to wait until I get Another engine just so that the warranty expires and then they no longer want to change the engine or return my money. The engine that they return that is no good is sold to someone else. He told me that it is His way of stealing, laughing at me, is the engine of a 2009 Toyota Camry and he gave me a 2002. If you are looking to buy an engine or another part, don't buy it or you will regret it like me. The person who helped me is called Miguel, he told me that this is the way they steal. I changed 3 engines that didn't work and the warranty had already expired. I paid a lot of money for the mechanic to change the three engines Three times and none of its engines worked .
DONT BUY HERE. They had me all day waiting on an engine and they never deliver.. i asked to talk to the manager and they put me on hold for a while multiple times.. they need better management..
