automotive. I was quoted a price of $50 for an AC control unit that goes in dash. Once I arrived here, I was told that he had a number of vehicles that we were unable to find and I finally found one and I got the AC control unit out, and I took it up to the front along with the head unit radio, and the guy told me $75 for the AC unit He wants $75 for the head unit . I told him I’d give him 100 and he said no warranty and I was like look I wanna go outside to my car and test the radio see if it works cause I’m not gonna give you 100 bucks if it doesn’t work. He won’t even let me go out there and test it Evan tho I left him with the 100 dollars he was asking for !? so I be think that’s really unprofessional and not good customer service and they’ve lost my business for good. I will never come to this place again in my life. Thanks for your time
I drove an hour and 20 min to get to this place. They told me they had the parts in stock. Gave me prices over the phone. Then when I arrived he tells me the bumper were sold a couple weeks ago. Then doubles the price for the tail lights saying he quoted me “each”....like I’m an idiot and can’t hear....Thanks Manuel smh
Dont go to this place! They give you the wrong transmission and say thats the one you need. Then you go a second time because that wasnt the transmission and they just gove you a different one and its still not the one you need. Then you go back a third time to just get your money back and the take 30% of what you paid for restocking fee because they claim they “do” have the part you need but just somewhere else. Save yourself a headache and dont shop here for transmissions.
As always, these guys were great. Great selection, and if they don't have something you need, they'll get on the phone and find it for you. Very reasonable prices.
Miguel sent me to the back to find Jesus who sent me to find somebody else who wasn't around, so I had to go back to the front office and he had to call over the radio, and then when I get back to the back I still can't find a guy who's supposed to get me my parts. After about 30 minutes, I found Louise, showed him what i Needed, 2 rear D pillers for a 2002 suburban, spend $20.00 in gas to come to this man shop and paid him $40 for the pillars, as his worker was taking the pillars off he broke four clamps that hold the pillars on, and when I tried to put the pillars on in the parking lot they were so sun-dried they cracked in half. Would NOT recommend
