Three guys sitting at front desk need to work on their customer service skills! Who sends a customer to the back without being accompanied to look for a person named pancho? whom I don’t even know how he looks like. Finally find him only to be told he can’t pull part out because vehicle has no keys. Basically wasted time and gas for no reason. Save yourself and go elsewhere
They are very rude and not polite. There is a small group of employees working there who are really arrogant and very pushy! I ask if I can take it back if it is defective. He shakes his head and says no, as if mockingly! I didn't come there to play games. My time was wasted. Shame on you!

NO NO NO.... THEY SOLD ME AN ENGINE WITH MANY LEAKS .....I called them to ask if they had an engine for my car, and the guy "Cruz" stated they had 2 of them. I drove an hour to get there only for him to say that the engine is still in the old car and they needed to take it out....so that took another day for them to do that..They delivered it to my mechanic...only to discover that it had a bunch of leaks..Now why would they sell an engine like that..and charge people alot of money...They stated it had a warranty...but when I told them it had a lot of leaks and wanted it replaced...that's when they started ignoring my calls...putting me on hold...and things like that ...They told me they would replace it with the other one...but that the other one was in a car as well and at a different shop.........They were supposed to contact me when they pull the other one out..Well that was over a week ago and they never did contact me...I am considering getting legal representation because they do not provide refunds and they is not fair business....They knew that engine had problems and did not disclose that information

Not a good place to go I was asking for a part of of the vehicle that was posted and drove 3 hours to get there the vehicle never existed it was gone months ago stay clear of these clowns

If I could give zero stars I would this place try’s to rip you off. I purchased an engine from these guys and they sent me the wrong one I paid freight for this engine and they have the correct engine but refuse to send it to me. This company is untrustworthy. I now will be reaching out to the attorney generals office and my lawyer unless you want to waste your time don’t shop here awful customer service one lie after another!
Do not buy from this car, they sent wrong engine as per there paperwork and it was wrong engine then that don't want to send correct engine and make it right
We ordered a motor and they will not give us wrong motor . We need our money back their mistake. They need to refund us and give the correct motor to us ..

Bought a transmission, I should have followed my first instinct. They couldn’t find the part. I trusted that they found the correct part only to take to ma mechanic and they said it was the wrong part. When I came back they said they couldn’t do anything because ir was 5 days past the warranty. I told them I understand your warranty but I’m not bringing back because it’s broken. I’m bringing back because sold me the wrong part. They tried to give me another transmission same model. It does not work on my vehicle now I’m out $500 and they won’t do anything to fix the issue.
On March 3, 2025 I entered into the business and observed for individuals looking down on their phone playing games. I had to speak to one of them to get their attention. I had advised them that I was there for a transmission and fender for a vehicle I am fixing, previously I had called them and they informed me, they had my transmission and fender in stock and available. I sat there and waited for approximately 30 minutes until they told me that they did not have my fender in stock and my second option was a transmission that has almost 200,000 miles on it. The staff was rude with myself and other customers, real example given. A guy walked in asking for Alex and the representative rudely stated there is no Alex here multiple times. The guy was mistaken and was referring to a company. It wasn’t until the guy shaken the hand of another coworker where the representative acted decent. I only remained there because I thought they had the part I needed, like they told me. Either way I decided after the purchase I knew I wouldn’t come back.
The reviews on here are right. They are scammers. I bought a door for my car with the side mirror it came to $550.00. It was going to be delivered at a body shop they said they didn’t hear there but will get it. I told them 10 times make sure the door is in good shape and works. They delivered the door without the covering, the handle was missing, pieces were missing on the door and the door was muddy and dirty. They didn’t even clean the door. I called them they said they will make it right. So I needed a turbo they charged me $250.00. The turbo had a crack in it which means it’s no good. I tried to return it. They started cussing me out and tried to fight me. All five of them tried to jump me because I tried to return a part. They will give you a defective part so they won’t give you your money back. Henry, Felix, and the tall one that walk knocked kneed cussed me out and tried to fight me. I’m taking them to court and suing them. They do bad business and are scammers.
Jordan was very helpful in finding the parts i needed for my car, i bought a condenser and ended up being messed up but he exchanged it with no hassle. Will definitely recommend coming here if you want a good experience and good parts.
This location DOES NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY for any returns that are within their policy for 30 day Guarantee commitment they give you when you purchase the part. I spent $433.00 recently on a used Alternator and a week later, I requested to return the part that was not used and in the same condition I picked it up. I was wanting to return the part since my vehicle started working after changing the battery since that was the main fault.
When requesting a refund, I was told by the receptionist, that my best option is to sell the alternator to someone else to get my own money back since they will not refund my money. I requested to speak to the manager and was told that he is busy and does not have time to come to the phone. I requested a callback and left my contact information and did not receive a response to date and therefore the filing of this complaint to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and leaving a Google Review was necessary.
