First time customer. I scheduled a service from 4 - 6 pm. I’ve been waiting them for 3 hours. It’s almost 7 pm now. No one called me, nobody comes. I’m not at a super remote area. It’s only 30 min to their office. I’ve called them 3 times. They either ask me to wait or said the trunk driver will call me soon. I come for their good reviews and high scores. Not sure why they have such good scores. Not recommend.
I just had two polite guys pick up three items that I could not get out of my backyard. I wish the price could have been cheaper since I am a senior citizen,
But they are no longer clogging my backyard

We had a big and difficult job - removing assorted stuff accumulated over 30 years from our attic two flights up and our detached garage. Joseph and Felix did a terrific job, cleaned up the debris left from carrying old dusty boxes, etc., and were super nice. Big relief to have it all hauled away!

They had to reschedule me to later the same day. It didn’t affect my plans so I agreed. (It probably would not have mattered had I disagreed). They were friendly and communicated well throughout the whole process, and their price was reasonable.
