They never got here, and their tow man tried to take money from me. The company has owed me a refund and I had to threaten to call the police. Still haven’t gotten my refund and proceeding to call the sheriff
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! they will waste your time and money took me 3 days just to get my car back from them after they refused to deliver it to me. DO NOT USE THEM!! You wont save money you wont save time you wont save heart ache either. no one at the call center will ever help you only transfer you around until they just hang up on you. IM WARNING YOU ALL DO NOT USE THIS SITE. find anything else everyone else in houston is better
I chose this tow company off the internet because they had good reviews, boy did I make a big mistake. Called at about 1:40pm and paid 170.00 to tow me about fifteen minutes away, I was told that it would be 45 minutes. Well I sat there for 4 hours only to be told that the wrecker driver wouldn't answer his phone maybe because of the covid 19...when asked why did they take my money if this was a fear, of course no answer. So ended up calling another tow company who got there in twenty minutes... ohhhhh and by the way they stopped answering my calls. Worst ever
Well they definitely flipped the switch with this one told me it’d be 45-60 minutes so you pay upfront. After paying and waiting 30 minutes, they called back and said it’s be another hour.
i didn’t think they would come in a reasonable time but they did the only thing i didn’t like is that they didn’t call when they got there to let me know
After waiting almost an hour with my wife and son on the side of 610 at night. No one showed up. A random tow truck picked us up and when I called to get a refund I was denied. The driver that was supposed to pick us up didn't call me until nearly 8pm over an hour that he had been dispatched. When I explained to him that we had to leave, he even said he would of done the same. Never will I use this company again and I'll make sure to spread the word.
This company wasted 3.5 hours of my time sending a truck. They require you to pay upfront first to make sure you can’t easily find someone who will actually show up on time. Also won’t return your money for 5-7 business days if you choose to look for a different service. It also cost double what their “rate” was on the website. The supervisor “Mark” opted to lie to me multiple times and refused to give me any corporate contact information. He was rude, and does not deserve anyone’s business. I’d rate negative 5 stars if allowed.
