  It was 5pm Thursday evening and husband was suppose to pick up daughter on his way back home from work. The phone rang, husband went through a bad ditch and one side of his car tires blew completely. The car started wobbling. He had to pull over immediately even though he had run flats. We come across superior towing just by doing a random goole search, but boy did they save our lives. Jose was luckily a mile and half away from the break down site and the husband and wife team of Superior towing managed to tow our car from South Dairy Ashford road around memorial area to sugar land in no time with a very reasonable fee. They did not try to charge extra because we had an emergency at all even though we would have paid. My husband didn't have cash on hand for some tipping which is the least we could do, i called Juna to see if I can add the tip to our credit card. I was told that they are doing what they are supposed to do, its not necessary. I don't think we need to sign up for AAA service as long as we have superior towing in our contact list and they sure live up to their name.

  Excellent company. Very professional and accommodating. Picked up my car on a flatbed and delivered it with no problems. They even coordinated with the performance shop to set up the times. I highly recommend and I will use them again.

  THIS COMPANY WILL JUST WASTE YOUR TIME! Called in today at 1230ish for pricing, was told 120 and that they could come immediately. Called back at 1245 to confirm I wanted the tow, I was told that they sent the wrecker out and it would be 45 minute wait because they sent the guy out to another job, but mine was next. Waited two hours and called back in, the dispatcher said they had another job, (which means they pushed my job to the back), but the wrecker was close by, would be to me in a 20 or so minutes. They still have not shown up, I just called and cancelled the tow. If I was told 2 and half hours from the beginning, that would have been fine, but instead they just had me waiting on them and wasted my time.

  My Volvo mechanic called them to rescue me, transmission out. Truck showed up in 15 minutes. Randall the driver knew exactly what to do and did a good job.

  I have been using Superior Wrecker for my personal and business use for over for 3 1/2 years now. The response time is great. I love the people that work there because they’re always in a good mood they always make me smile. Some lady made a bad review ranting and raving about them. I don’t believe a word she said. She never used their towing service. If she did she would give them Five Stars. What I do know is that Superior Wrecker is a very good company.

  I'm trying to get to my apartment after a 12 hour day and this car is getting towed. I blow my horn because the tower is on the ground and I want him to know I'm there. I had plenty of space to get by but I didn't want him to get startled and get ran over. So for that courtesy he kicked my car. Excuse me for letting you know I'm coming thru. He threw a literal fit about it by kicking my car. I call the company to be told that I'm a lunatic for "being impatient." They're going to call the police and say it was assault, as in I somehow assaulted the driver. I record all my conversations so I'm not worried. Assault would've been running the ignorant person over instead of honking to warn them of my presence. The ACTUAL assault was the driver kicking my car. What really let me know how unprofessional they are is the fact that I clearly called with an issue.... Was I asked If there was any visible damage to my car? No. Was I asked if I was okay? No. Was there even a half apology for whatever inconvenience I perceived? No. Most of the times when a person calls to complain they just want you to acknowledge the issue and apologize. If this is how they handle complaints they don't need to be in business. The "witness" is YOUR rude driver. I was about 20 feet away when I blew by horn. Your driver got off the ground in a huff and came and kicked my headlight. So at that point I drove thru because he was no longer in danger of actually getting run over. The actual witness was the guy whose car was being towed who found me and apologized for YOUR employee attacking my car and all the profanity he shouted. I am not petty enough to call the police for something as small as my car being kicked when there was no damage to it. I don't actually like to waste HPDs time and resources for now, clearly, ignorant people. I imagine you treat your paying customers with some degree of respect. That doesn't mean anything for the non paying people that are forced to interact with your employees/company.

  I have used this company for years and will continue any time I need a wrecker. My most recent experience with them was that I was rear ended and hit the truck in front of me on the Katy Freeway during rush hour traffic and freaking out. I immediately called Superior and they had a truck to me in 15 minuets. The driver was very nice to me and tried to calm me down being as I was still shaken up over the wreck. I will never use anyone else.

  I’d give 0 stars if possible. I made an appointment 4 days in advance for a Saturday pick up at 8AM. They said they’d be able to do it and assured me they had been in business since the 90s and have “superior” service. They also assured me that the driver would be on time and I would be able to make my 9AM appointment at the service shop. On the day of the appointment I called at 8:13AM and they said the driver was 15-20 mins away. At 8:40AM I called again and they said the driver was almost to my pickup location. Finally at 9AM my patience with their lateness and lies ran out and I called another tow truck company to tow my vehicle. I even called to cancel my appointment at 9AM but no one would answer the phone. My service (or lack thereof) was terrible and I ended up missing my appointment at the service shop. I will never do business with this company again and definitely not recommend them. Only call this company if you want your time wasted and a lot of frustration!!

  I've used this company twice now for a tow for my car and I cannot speak highly enough of them. I'm currently located in Galveston and my mechanic is in the Bellaire area of Houston. They have come to get my car and take it into Houston without hesitation or complaint. Their customer service is incredible, they always arrive on time or earlier, and their pricing is fair. Hopefully I won't have to use their services for a long time but if I do I won't hesitate to give them a call! I also won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of a tow.

  These guys have been great. I’ve used them twice to tow my Jeep from place to place in Houston. Prices are extremely fair and their response time is great. Emailed them and scheduled a truck for the next morning. Driver was there early and was very friendly.

  Not only did these guys do an amazing job, but I got to speak to the owner, John. John is not only passionate about his business, but has over twenty-six years invested. He was very adamant about not ruining his, nor his family's reputation. With that being said, John is a United States Air Force Veteran, which is why he, and his crew, are dedicated to an above standard service. I served twelve years in the United States Army myself, and from my experience with John and his crew, they definitely stand above the rest!! I am a customer, and in NO way associated with Superior Wrecker Service what-so-ever, but as a Veteran, I will recommend them...PERIOD EXTREMELY VETERAN. AND FAMILY FRIENDLY!!!   I have never been more pleased with a towing service in my life! I was about to head out to Dallas for thanksgiving with my daughter and my car wouldn't start! With the terrible experiences I have had with other towing companies I was freaking out that we wouldn't get to leave today after all. So not the case. Jose was here in 10 minutes... 10 minutes! He worked quickly, was extremely courteous and professional, and then charged me a very fair amount! I will never call another tow company. I have been stood up more times than I can count.. Jose and his crew are the complete other side of the spectrum! Give them your business!

  Friendly, quick and reasonably priced service! Needing your car towed is never a fun thing to deal with. I dreaded it as I searched online for a flatbed tow service. I called Superior Wrecker and received a quote over the phone, scheduled pick-up and the driver arrived even earlier (which worked out great)!   Superior went above and beyond when I needed their service. Although the service was not for me but for my mother who knows limited English; when she was stranded, she did not know who to call and I found Superior online with amazing reviews. Not only were they super fast but they were nice enough to even call me as soon as they found her and picked the car up. Jerry, the wrecker guy, was also incredibly sweet with my mother that he even took a push from a passing car as he told her to stand on the sidewalk as he lifted her car up (what else should I expect from a Marine, right?). The woman who receives all their calls was AMAZING and helped so much when I called them during rush hour as I was miles away from helping my mom. Thank you so much, Superior! You will be getting all of my service from here on out!

  From start to finish, this was by far the most professional towing service I have ever used. I called Superior on short notice to transport my truck from far north Houston down to Katy after purchasing a new vehicle. John and his crew went out of their way to make everything as painless as possible, even picking up the keys to the truck save me a 2-hour round trip. Everyone I met or spoke with was very polite, calling me to keep me regularly to update me on the progress. Highly recommended.
