I’ve used a lot of wreckers. Black Knight is by far the best ever. Nice, great prices, and very knowledgeable. On my most recent call to them, a dealership had sent three separate wreckers who all were unable to tow my Bronco due to it being stuck in park and absolutely nothing in the vehicle would work. Black Knight arrived quickly after I called them. Within 4 minutes they had my Bronco in neutral and loaded on the wrecker. Even at the dealership they worked on the Bronco for two weeks in the parking lot without figuring out how to put it in neutral until they changed out the BCM and ECM. I even got a stack of business cards and passed them to all of my family and friends due to my satisfaction with them.
