We received a defective battery, BUT the guy Marcos was SO AMAZING at assisting us getting it replaced and changed out. Greatly appreciate all he did for us today!! We need more people like MARCOS. Thank you!
Mr. Jackson helped me so much. I was changing out the battery when it started to rain, and he came out and said I didn't need to get my clothes dirty. He changed my battery out in the rain and got me going on my way. He was an exceptionally wonderfully person.
Bad customer service the GM kept hanging up on me. Had to call the store more than 7 times for him to finally pick up. And then he answers the phone annoyed. He needs to be retrained.
Had to make 3 trips, instead of 1,did not get what I ask for even with them looking up the numbers, becacuse they didn't have the correct back wiper the substituted a 13 un for a 10 in without telling me, it will not work, also I ask for a front license plate installation kit, they they handed me one, it did not include mounting plate ti the bumper. I was very dissatisfied, & no apologies were offered. This does not give much assurance for future purchases.
I find most of my parts in here and if they don't have them they will order them, and most of the time is next day or if you early in the morning they would usually have them around 3 pm so far is a good place and they have reasonable prices
It was an easy transaction with a knowledgeable person at the parts counter. Quick service, got what I needed and he even gave me a 10 dollar coupon for spending more than 25 dollars.
I have had issues at this location in the past. I thought the manager had corrected them with his staff. However I guess they are falling back into their old ways. I went in to the store the other day and was not greeted by the young Hispanic guy with tattoos on his neck. So I walked around and did not find what I was looking for. So I went to the counter as I was standing there waiting to be helped three other customers walked in and he greeted them. Asked if he could help them. He walked right past me to get a part and never acknowledged me and walked past again to complete the transaction. He then asked if he could help the other customer again passing me up. So I walked out and I'll never return to that or any advanced location every again. My wife told me it was probably because I had on a Trump 2020 cap. Now mind you I am also of Hispanic decent but that should not have had anything to do with me being served as a paying customer.
I wanted to return a part and get my $$ back but the manager told me I couldn't. I called corporate and long story short, after that I got my $$ back. But I will never go there again!
Always good knowledgeable people here. Was happy with the service. Ordered a new 350 crate motor they gave me plenty of advice on the proper choices. .,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.will go back anytime needed if you call ahead of time to see if they have your part in Stock it really hels. Instead of driving all the way up there to realize they are out of stock. Well sorry I made this so long was just trying to reach 200 spaces
The services is good, but a bit more knowledge and skills would be nice. They don't offer any small part services besides running your cars error code.
