This is a business that is found out about mostly through word-of-mouth amongst retail level customers. They generally I would assume cater to distributors and dealers. However, that being said they do not discriminate I found out about it from an automotive parts customer service representative, who said that if they ordered the part it would take three days to come from Houston, he got on the phone call them they told him that they had the part and it was 75% cheaper.
