Purchased batterie for my fob because my car said to. Employee put one in . Didn't work. Employee said no return on electrical parts. I said I just walked to try it. Got refund. We finally worked together put 2 more batteries didn't work. He put my old battery in it. Didn't work so my fob must be bad. Called my daughter to take me home for other fob. My daughter is a hospice case .manager not a mechanic. She opened fob turn the battery over and lo and behold it started. Your employee installed the battery upside 3 times. Before my daughter came I was convinced I needed a new one, not cheap on a fairly new Cadillac. Went down the street O: Reilly,,'s in and out in minutes as a retired executive, maybe consider better training.

So I stop in here to get some wiper blades and fluid for my car, there was someone at the counter so looked up what size got my products and when I got to the counter I was the only customer in the store, the man behind the counter walks over with a parts book looking up something and never acknowledged I was there and no he wasn't on the phone. Then another customer walks in and get behind me in line and the worker asks if he needed help finding something in the store and he told him what he needed and the worker told him I will be with you in just a minute. Still not acknowledged I put my things on the counter and walked out!!! I will never return here again!!!

The employees are helpful, just would be nice if their prices were a little lower. It would be nice if prices were lower everywhere. Not only Advanced Auto Parts.

Always more than helpful and took extra time with me to help when I wasn't sure about what I needed exactly. So needless to say they will be getting my business from now on, Way to go with 5 star customer service!!!!

I needed an AGM battery for my truck and they had it in stock. The guy installed it in about 10 minutes.

I just stopped in to pick up some RainX windshield washer fluid. They had it in stock, so I picked up three for my two vehicles. Nearly 20.00 for three gallons. The employee was nice, but 6.50/gallon is ridiculous.

Very reasonable prices and way cheaper than AutoZone or O'Reilly's. AutoZone and O'Reilly's do price matching but you still not saving anything!

Battery price changed and wasn't changed on shelf sticker got it for that price. Saved $60 best customer service no questions asked or rude behavior.

Not often do I need to go into a parts store, but when I do it is great to have someone there that's know more about automotive parts then the computer. Would do business with a person of knowledge, rather then a computer box, n hard drive.

I live about 1 hour away so I always, always call businesses before I get on the road. It's Saturday May 15th 2021. I called & a gentleman named Jaden (not sure of spelling) He looked up & priced my wheel bearings, the shop that recently completed work on my truck explained I would need a few other things not a pressing issue. Jaden was very pleasant & wasn't rushed at all while on the call. After wheel bearings I asked about a "oil sending unit" listed as other future item needed on my truck. Jaden not only looked it up he explained how it actually worked also explained how the type of wheel bearings were different than my other vehicle. When you are not face to face in a business the company has alot riding on the employee and it would be just too easy to call another place especially if I'm not physically already there in the business. Jaden and his attitude, personality & willingness to volunteer information how it actually works was extremely beneficial to me. Just because the service Jaden gave free over the phone I will, even if a little out of my way will do business @ Advance Auto on S.Main in Lumberton, Texas. Jaden would definitely be the reason I would suggest going to that particular business. Mr. Advance Auto boss, Jaden is bringing my business into your store. It's not a "well I'm already here, let's just get this & go". It a ," I will do business because of a very helpful, pleasant polite gentleman". He is someone that I would want helping my customers if were my store. Give him a raise, he's a keeper Sir/Ma'am.

I take this part back and they would not take it because it was a sensor and electrical but it was never took out of the box they would not take it back and give me my money back or give me any score store credit

Stopped in for decal for hard hat. Not much to choose from but they had some American flags with marked down sign so grabbed a pack went to pay didn't ring up that price guy said oh this is what they are though. We politely said we didn't want and left. No one in store at all. He said he just got there so if no one instore why not go check the sticker marked prices. False advertising has never been good.

I went in to get a new serpentine belt for my Ford F150. There were 3 associates on duty at the time I went in. Only the manager greeted me. It was very quiet in the store (I don't remember even a radio playing) and all the associates seemed very somber. I gave him the Gates brand part number for the belt I needed, but they don't carry Gates. That was ok, though, I wasn't stuck on any particular brand. I knew they loaned tools and I asked him if he had a break over bar I could borrow. He said they didn't but that he had a serpentine belt removal tool that I could pay for/buy and once I was done with the project I could return it for full credit. Altogether the belt and tool set me back $84 and change. The service was efficient and knowledgeable, and as long as you don't go in expecting/needing an uplifting or energizing shopping experience you won't be disappointed.

Overpriced! Simple electrical relay was twice the price of competitors, and they failed to tell me electrical components are not returnable....take your business elesewhere and save some money and frustration

Items are very overpriced, the workers are nice.....I miss the days where the books were at the shelves and I could find my own part really fast...most part stores anymore seem to be full of workers that may or may not even own a car....I miss PepBoys of the 80s and 90s.

Went to buy a battery and I asked Tracy if they could install it and she said we have tools then she had to see the battery and while she was looking I asked her if she knew how to change it all she said was nope so I left and went to o,Riley and bought one

Nice and clean. Well arranged but not well lighted for some reason. It also lacks having as large of an inventory as most auto part shops. The clerks are very helpful and friendly!

Good Auto parts store. The new manager is an automotive encyclopedia. He also has a pretty good team behind him. One person could use a happy pill but hey who am I to judge. I need one from time to time as well, like all of us. If you don't have it they will more than likely be able to get it for you. Prices are what you'd expect for the most part.

I needed windshield wipers . the associates not only help me find an affordable price but good quality. I needed the associate to put them on my car, they were more than courteous to do this for me.

Store was clean and organized. The staff were friendly and helpful. Someone was having barbecue for lunch in the back and the smell made me so hungry.

Fantastic store, they always take care of me. Even though you can buy online and pick up here. it's almost always the same price so I encourage everyone to buy in store so they earn more.
