Dispatcher was very and would not listen she finally hung up a man called he was not much better so I called BigBrid told them same thing they took care of me fast.
In the past I've been satisfied with them at least answering the phone when I call. Today I broke down and called them 7/19/24 at 7pm but was greeted by the rudest person I've spoken to on the phone in a while. I will not be calling them back.
Called at 6pm and gave all info to where I was at stuck in the mud. Dispatcher said they would call me back. Needed help due to being disabled and get around. Never called back .
Our driver, Stephen, was professional, very knowledgeable, respectful, great to work with and a really nice guy. I will definitely use Spanky's again if needed.
My transmission was giving me problems and left me on the side of the road. I called a few tow truck companies and they were the most expensive. They wanted $145 to take my car about 3 to 4 miles home. I had to find another way, but glad I got it home safely.
Not only was they the cheapest around but the driver that towed my car was very professional and polite (don't remember his name but his first name started with W he was rised in the business). Spanky's will have my business if I ever need a tow in that area again.
Fast polite, took care of my vehicle offered a receipt via text right away. Super happy with the driver. He even helped me push to get into an area to load into the truck
First of all, Darryl was amazing over the phone. I'm 23 weeks pregnant so my emotions were all over the place and I was telling him what had happened and he was so patient with me and asked me in a calm voice what I saw around me because I was in shock and I couldn't even think straight. After I told him where I was and where I needed to get the car towed to, he told me right away he will be sending someone out shortly. After a while, Will showed up. Will was amazing. He was patient with me as well and he saw no one was there to pick me up while he was towing my car, and he instantly opened his passenger door to his tow truck for me. Will started a conversation with me and it's amazing because our conversations made me forget about my car troubles for a bit until he brought me home safe and sound. Thank you Spanky's for treating me like a human being and not just another paycheck.
