Evening before Thanksgiving, I was involved in a collision on I10 West outside of Gonzales Tx that left my car undrivable. Needing to get my family and belongings to outside of San Antonio, AAA and West Towing provided the tow. Duane was a blessing, who drove 75 miles with us and vehicle in-tow to get us to my mother's that would allow my vehicle to get picked up by a more local collision repair center after the holidays instead of having it hauled to Gonzales's impound lot, eliminating the headache that would have come with dealing with getting the release long distance. Duane's kindness, helpfulness, and concern along with his pride in this line of service work, was a welcomed feel-good during this stressful circumstance.
Duane, was there when he said he would be. I was sitting on the feeder in the dark. AAA had told me it would be 45 minutes to and 10:45-11 pm. After 45 minutes I contacted them to be told that the tow truck they contacted had broken down. I spent the next hour calling them every 15 minutes. At 11:45 pm I was told that West Towing would be calling me. I was still on the phone with them when Duane called and said he would be there in 30 minutes. Very nice man. Loaded my car quickly and got me home.
Duane and his cape showed up and rescued me on the side of the road, 80 miles from home. Charged me a very fair price and got me and my new hunk of junk home.

Duane answered the call at 1 am and came to take our car to the house. wonderful gentleman who was curious and concerned that I didn't wait long. AllStateInsurance tried a closer service to where I was in Nixon Texas, but they apparently didn't want to help at that time of night. But West Towing took care of us. This was the first time using WMT. I tell you what, the way they got my truck off the car dolly and onto the tow truck took a lot of skill but it was no problem at all for them. Thank you Dewayne!!

We live in the country off a gravel road and AAA refused to come tow my car without even seeing that it’s an actual residential road with no issues, just gravel. Duane came right out, picked up the car and took to the dealer an hour away with no issues and at a very reasonable price. He was knowledgeable about how to override the transmission to get the car out of park and had it on the flatbed within minutes. We will definitely use again if needed.
West towing company was heaven sent. I was stranded on my way I-10 east. They were easy to communicate too, were really fast to get to help. They did a good job diagnosing the issue and even followed me a little to make sure my car was running fine and that I did not need extra assistance! Great service.

I was stranded on the busy Interstate 10 in 100 plus degree weather, and Duane From West Motors Towing came to the rescue and got my car towed to a safe location. Duane is easy to talk to and responded so well, courteous and charged a very fair price. Once I was safely off the road Duane towed vehicle to Katy, Houston.

Duane with West Towing was the absolute best and helped me when roadside assistance couldn't. I was on my home from San Antonio back toward Houston and stopped off at Buc-ee's in Luling. Upon leaving my shift cable broke on my corvette broke and was left stuck in park. I reached out to roadside assistance, and they called a local wrecker service to get it towed to a local dealership but upon arrival the wrecker service turned down the town stating they couldn't do anything with the car stuck in park and that it was too low for them to get on a flatbed truck. I then reached back out to roadside assistance with no further help and left stranded at Buc-ee's.
After several hours of trying to work with roadside assistance I decided to take it upon myself and reached out to West Towing for assistance due to their google reviews. Best decision I made and honestly wish I would have sooner. Duane was able to get me taken care of with no problem or hesitation. Since it was too late to get it to the local dealer I decided to go ahead and have him tow it to a local home dealer for me in Houston. Duane got the car from Luling to Houston as promised with no issues at a reasonable cost.

If you are looking to ask someone to tow your car, this is the first place you need to call. They are super kind, helpful and fast. I had a car from rental company with damaged tire. called the road assistance of the rental to send a truck to tow, I waited for 6 hours!!! called the car rental for several times!!! at the end they did not show up! ….I highly recommend West Motors Towing… I was completely satisfied.
Duane absolutely helped us out of a bind when our trailer blew a tire and our lug nuts were stuck on with the force of inhuman nature. He drove over 3 hours to help us out after no other wrecker service would take the call. 4 hours after the tire blew he changed in 10 minutes, then not only that but he gave us advice on the trailer about tire pressure messing up the tires if they are not all the same. We checked the pressure and sure enough they were all over pressured and mismatched which caused the one blow out. Without that advice we probably would traveled 10 miles before having to call Duane again. Thank you so much!

With the bad storm and flooding last week my brother got tangled up in a barb wire fence. After trying with insurance roadside assistance and getting no where with them after 3 hrs we called Mr. Duane. Still trying to get assistance from insurance he helped us deal with them and made sure not to leave his office until he knew we wouldn't be stranded. He came and aided us in doing a temporary fix on fence so the owners cows wouldn't get loose and then brought the car home an hour and a half away. He was very professional and assistance was divine and the price was fair. Would definitely recommend to anyone in a bind.
Absolutely pleased with my experience with this company. They picked up and dropped off a 1966 Oldsmobile Dynamic 88 that wasn't running for me and we're honest, professional, and wonderful to work with. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs a tow!
