I ran out of battery on my rented Polestar PS2 2023 electric vehicle in Gonzales Tx.. After waiting from 10:45pm to 4:20am, hours of waiting for Hertz tow drivers to no avail.
I looked up Tow trucks near me and called KB’S tow company. Let’s just say, God answered our prayers. He arrived within 10 minutes of the call and towed my daughter and I to the charge station in San Marcos Outlet Mall and waited for us to initiate charging before driving out.
He was a God sent. He was professional and pleasant. I just kept thanking him. He deserves more than a 5 star review. He’s business need to be promoted, recognized and patronized for the excellent services they provide. This is a grade A++ top notch tow company in Gonzales Tx.👍👍

writing this while In his truck, car decided to break down at 5 pm, called all the local towing services near 10 East and they all gave me bad rates except for KB, Todd here has offered a very reasonable price along with a ride back to houston which is 2 hours from where I was. Amazing service.
I called around 9pm on Thanksgiving holiday weekend with my car broke down and Todd told me he would be there in 30 min. He was there in less than 30 min, took care of everything for me and delivered my car to the dealership all for a very affordable price! He made a very stressful situation so easy for me. I was extremely grateful and highly recommend this business!

I was 2 1/2 hours from home and my transmission decided it did not want to work anymore. Mind you it is also 5 in the morning and I am sitting in a gas station parking lot on the side of the highway. I called some tow services; some where busy others did not want to make the trip. So I was kinda in bad spot. I had one company say that they could take me but it would be 4 or 5 hours before they could get to me. That company was actually quite nice (do not remember their name) They said that instead of me sitting there for so long he has a friend who might do it. That was Mr. Todd of KB'S. He said that he would be at my location in 30 minutes. Sure enough he was there. He took exceptional care of my vehicle when loading it, He was on time, And he did not price gouge me. He gave me a very good price on the tow. Considering I was almost in San Antonio and I had to go back to the northeast side of Houston. I hope I never need his services again, but if I am ever in need of getting towed. He WILL BE the very 1st person I call. Thank you again Mr. Todd. I appreciate your help more than you know.
They helped me at my lowest point. Car over heated on the side of the highway and wouldn’t start anymore. Picked me up within 10 min of calling and even gave me a discount for all the troubles I’ve been having. Definitely 10/10 for service
