Most of the negative reviews seem misguided, this place has great prices, over $150 less then any of the competition I called. Parts were very clean for the price point, as shown in the photos below. The mechanic took me out there to watch, and made sure I got the items into my car safely. Places like this have to be strict, and as someone who is shopping the used parts market, you need to expect to have no cash refunds and some warranty restrictions, these people have to make money too. The clerk even knocked my price down because I couldn't swing sales tax. I couldn't recommend this place enough. It is a great option for used parts. If you expect to game the system, or be treated like you are above the rules, then buy new.
Called to confirm availability on a part, they assured it was on hand. Drove 1 hour just to get told it was sold weeks ago. Garbage people. Time wasted
