I'm highly recommended Classic Transort,for the transportation of vehicles. This is the second heavy duty vehicle that needed to be towed ,due to mechanical issues. Classic Transport received the call for towing services. Minutes after receiving the call for services, the dispatcher called, followed Joshua, the person who will be towing the truck, called to give me a ETA to my location. In addition to hus arrival, Joshua call to inform me about his location. Joshua arrived at the location. He was very professional and described the type of tow that he would be conducting. He the truck 🚚 quickly and made sure the vehicle was safe for towing. LASTLY.. The was towed back to the yard,and safely stored for repairs.

My wife was driving the car when you broke down. The driver was courteous and kind to her and we were able to get the car towed to the mechanic shop with no problem.
On the evening of Saturday, August 3rd, my Corvette was impounded by this towing company shortly after a video shoot, during which the car was documented to be in excellent condition, save for minor damage to the front splitter. I have extensive video footage and photographs showing the pristine state of my Corvette prior to its impoundment.
Upon retrieving my Corvette on Monday, August 5th, I was dismayed to find that the front bumper had been lifted, suggesting negligence on the part of the driver. This type of damage typically occurs when a vehicle is improperly backed off a steep incline, indicating reckless handling.
The careless treatment of my Corvette by the towing company resulted in unnecessary damage that was not present when it was initially impounded. I am deeply disappointed by this lack of care and attention to detail.
I would strongly advise against entrusting this company with the transportation or care of classic, low, or any vehicles due to their apparent disregard for vehicle condition and safety.
While I had hoped the company would take responsibility for the damage caused to my Corvette, they have yet to do so. Consequently, I am compelled to seek alternative measures to address this issue.
My husband's car broke down, called and they had a driver there in 15 mins!! I will definitely be using Classic Transport for and towing needs in the future!!
Sunday night, vehicle goes out while driving. I called two Tow companies and were told by both they didn't have an available driver then I called Classic Transport at 11:27 pm and the driver showed up within 30 min, he was able to get the van on the flatbed and we asked if he could tow it to the vehicle repair shop we use which was about one mile away, he did and the price was very fair. The gentleman who took my call and the driver were both very nice and knowledgeable, I highly recommend this company.
Best towing company I have found in the Houston area. We are a mechanic shop that does anything from light-heavy duty vehicles and they can tow it all! We love Classic Transport and won't call anyone else!
Great experience. I called and dispatch got a flatbed out to me in 30 minutes. Everyone else said 1 hour or more. When the driver pulled up he tried to help me get my truck running before anything else. Pricing was the best out of all other quotes I got. Nothing bad to say and I’d use them again in the future.
This business is owned conducts business in a dishonest manner. The driver of one of the trucks hit me but the company did not have any insurance or at least refused to even speak with my insurance company. The sooner this company shuts its doors, the better the community will be.
You say my claim is false and I’d be dealing with your insurance company but your office manager refused to work with me or my insurance. I have your driver David’s license info from when it happened. You the owner may not have been made aware but those running your company are using shady practices under the guise of “being too busy” to help.
The response by the owner says that “I would have dealt with the company’s insurance company” but that’s a lie too. The company refused to share any insurance information and my own insurance company didn’t not receive any responses from the inquiry and thus failed to collect subrogation.
You didn’t even investigate the validity of the claim, just saying you didn’t do it doesn’t mean your drivers aren’t responsible.

Called at 8:00 am to have my car towed to a tire shop and was told at 8:00 am, no problem, driver is finishing up a tow and then will head my way. At 9:00 my car still had not been towed, 9:40, still not towed. Its fine if it’s going to take a couple of hours, but tell me that instead of making it seem like the driver is wrapping up and heading my way that way i have the option to either wait or call another company who could do it sooner. Very fair price which i’m happy with but that’s probably the only good thing.

I had spent several thousand on my vehicle to be worked on recently and it had died in a parking lot. I called the shop that had worked on it to let them know that they would need to get a hold of someone to pick up my vehicle and get it checked out again.

He popped the hood and went straight to the battery where he found that the positive terminal on the battery was extremely loose. Embarrassing to say that I couldn’t find that but I appreciate Dylan for his quick exactness in making the find for me. He definitely saved me several future diagnostics that I would have had to pay for by just making this observation.

We had a 26 foot stuck in a ditch at 5:00 pm. in San Leon, TX. I called multiple businesses with no luck. A friend said to call Classic Transport, which I did, and spoke with JoAnn, who was able to get a truck to the location within 30 mins. As I was not at the location, Josh (and Kenny) from Classic Transport, called me and advised me of the issues in getting the truck out of the ditch, and the possible cost. I agreed and hoped for the best. My driver, who was at the location, kept me up to date on what Josh and Kenny were doing to get the truck out of ditch. I thought they would just hook it up and yank it out, causing damage. They did the opposite. They had a plan, and even had another person come to help. At any rate, Josh and Kenny were able to lift the truck out and move it out of the ditch with no damage. After they were finished, I got a call from JoAnn to pay. I thought it would be at the high end of what Josh quoted me. I was pleasantly surprised that it was a minimum charge. If you ever need a truck towed/unstuck/transported, I would call them. They will be number one on my list to call when my trucks have issues like yesterday. JoAnn was pleasant on the phone and Josh was very professional and obviously knew what he was doing.
Vehicle was towed Saturday would not release personal property(house key, purse, credit cards, car seat, etc.) or allow us to pick up the the vehicle til Monday. Dispatch refused to contact owner or supervisor. The police seargent on duty with league city had dispatch call where they lied and said people are able to come pick up personal property. After threatening to contact tdlr he called back and said someone would be here to feed the dogs in the morning between 9:30-10:00am. We called because the gate had been locked to notify them we were here. Dispatch said they were probably in the back and he would give them a call to meet me. Next thing you know we hear someone hollering if your not gonna get out of the vehicle then….. so us not realizing anyone was even inside, then go in. The lady was incredibly rude (clearly didn’t even work there) and tried to charge us for 2 days. When asked why, she said do you want the car today, then this is the total. I gave my card and said fine we will pay to release the vehicle and then we are filing a complaint it’s not fair to be charged when you guys absolutely refused to come out. She took my card and closed the window and said now we aren’t getting the vehicle. She refused to give me my card back. So I called league city pd. She then told my friend she would release the vehicle and they are doing her a favor that they have no way to run vehicle information over the weekend, and still charged 2 days, when they wouldn’t have someone come out til Monday.

My Tesla stoped as it ran out of battery and AAA Could not find a company to tow the car. Accidentally gave the lady $100 to much on a $372 bill for towing and storage charges etc and not only was she honest and gave it back but she also provided me with correct change which most storage lots DO NOT do ... they usually require you to pay with exact change
We needed our Corvette moved from the top of our driveway to a dealership a few miles away. Due to the angle of the car, another tow company could not move it and suggested Classic Transport. Dylan showed up quickly and was able to load our car up and deliver it with no issues. We really appreciate the care taken to make sure our car was not damaged in the process of loading and unloading.
Ultra Unprofessional, i would give negative stars if possible, called to get a vehicle released from their Storage, the guy i spoke with give me a set of documents they needed, i prepared and notarized the documents and drove 30 minutes to pick up the vehicle, when i got there the lady who was very rude asked for different paper work and said that the guy doesn't know the job as she does. Very Bad Business Mentality.

Justin is the man. The alternator in my car went out and he was there in less than ten minutes to get me straight. He even helped me figure out what was wrong with my car and did everything he could to make sure I was taken care of. Cory is the man! It was pouring down rain, our street was flooded so I decided to drive on the sidewalk to my house so my car wouldn't get flooded. My house is 5 house houses away, I made it all the way to my house but the front wheels got stuck in the mud right in front of my house. I had a small hydraulic jack but my car was to low.
