Uesterday my vehicle would not start after returning to it with a couple bags of perishable groceries. Luckily I have AAA which I called for assistance. League City Towing was dispatched and arrived in approximately 20 mins. Patrick from League City Towing was extremely attentive to my breakdown, testing the battery and starter. I was hoping it was the battery, but it was the starter. Patrick was able to get my car started so I could get home on a timely basis and not ruin my perishable groceries. Patrick was very polite, considerate, knowledgeable and I am so grateful to him for his thoughtfulness.
They came to fix a flat for my AAA call, were there in 20 minutes, and had it fixed in 10. Great customer service, and very personable on the phone and in person. Thank you!

Dustin had to come change my tire for me. Too hard for me to get down to position the jack. He was very friendly and was quick. He had me back on the road in no time. Good man.
League City Towing came and helped me out with a big tow. Got a flat on my car and found that my wheel lock was missing, so couldn’t change the tire out for the spare. AAA came through and towed me to the dealership across town. A+ excellent service, friendly, super knowledgeable. They even had some spare wheel locks that they tried out first. Sadly they didn’t fit my car, but they were down to help me come up with a solution and get back on the road. Shoutout to Wassim.

Wassim (truck #2) (triple A) was supposed to tow my truck today, but during my towing service he was kind enough to figure out the issue with my car. I had a mobile mechanic tell me to buy certain parts that didn’t relate to the problem with my car, if I had let the mobile mechanic fix my car I would have wasted $500. The problem with my car right now wasn’t even close to the amount the mobile mechanic told me and I am truly grateful for his visit. He was really helpful and he didn’t have to give me advice on my issue, but he did! I highly recommend that anyone ask for Wassim. He drives truck number 2 and is extremely friendly! He is truly a value to this company. Also I tried to press all 5 stars and it didn’t let me for some reason. If it says 4 stars it’s meant to say 5.

My car battery was totally dead. I'm so thankful for AAA! They sent Brandon, League City Towing, out to help me. He was here in about 15 minutes to test my battery, install a new battery and get me back on the road. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He showed great patience with my old Camry and my crazy alarm system that kept going on and off in his face. Great job and great service from Brandon and League City Towing!

Right from the first communication, they were clear, concise, and on time. The driver was also very professional and courteous. He got my vehicle on the flatbed and took it to the shop.

Excellent towing service. Dispatch answers at 7:30pm. Tow truck Driver had to do extra work by tire knuckle bolt fell off. He used a hand jack. Placed the front end on wood block. Pulled my Toyota truck onto flat bed without scratching. Thank you NOEL!

He arrived with his truck 20 minutes sooner than AAA said he would, and helped get my tires switched out in record time. Thank you all!
Seems like mine will be the only bad review but you can’t win em all. October 2023 called AAA and they subbed the call to League City towing. They put in a new battery and that needed to be jumped twice in a year. The warranty option of a new battery was avoided both times. Both times I was out of town and came home to a dead battery. Both times the car sat for a week. They claimed I wasn’t driving it enough to hold the charge. Fast forward to 12/1/24 and I relocated to a cold weather state. One night of 25 degrees and the battery dies again. AAA here came out and the tech tested the battery and the readout shows BAD BATTERY. Show the paperwork and they installed a new one immediately. Now why couldn’t they have done that to begin with? This is on League City and not AAA. Car is running great now by the way. The warranty is for 30 months for the record. Still way within the timeframe.
Because I’m big on customer service, I give this company five stars. The night before I was to fly home from Houston, my toddler niece lost the keys to my rental car. The driver arrived quickly and was very polite and respectful. There were some issues with hooking up to the car, as it was facing the garage and I didn’t have the keys to put it in neutral. Another driver came to assist, and and he was very professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he get me hooked up quickly, but he also gave me a ride to the airport rental facility. These guys were awesome and had a great deal of respect for my time and and my need to get the car turned in and catch my flight. Big shout out to Mike and Wassim (Sam). they made what could’ve been a horrible situation, not so bad. Thanks guys.

Sunday evening my vehicle was towed by this company. Later that night I tried to get it back, the lady who answered the phone told me to call back in the morning. Mind you, they are opened 24 hours. I called back in the morning, they gave me the total. I told the lady that I would come whenever I get off of work, she said that was fine. I went to get my vehicle after I got off, later that evening and they jumped the price $50 after telling what it was earlier. It was another young lady there, in the same situation I was. They told her one price, but it was totally different once she got there. They charged her an additional $50 as well. This isn't the late fee which is only $20. They are rigging people and taking advantage of people, after giving them a total. I believe they are pocketing the money. They are crooks!!! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, and if I could I would give them a 0 star rating. Save yourself some time and money people, choose another towing company. This one is terrible.
This past Saturday was extremely stressful as I had to have two vehicles towed. When I called I spoke to Allen. He was so calm and kind which helped with the stress. My tow truck driver Concha was an angel. He did so much for me that day. I ended up having three tows. When it came time to pay my bill, Allen gave me a discount just from having a crazy day! They did not have to do that. I appreciate their service and their kindness.

AAA should be ashamed of contracting through them!!! The guy who picked me up from my location was very rude and gave no regard for my vehicle and hooked my car up from its axel ripping my handling apart giving my car more damage to it than its original state causing me more time and money!!!
The manger at the alignment shop wanted him to place it near the bay however he dropped it a hundred feet away from the garage and drove off. The drivers name was Tom which I had to call and get information for I’ve filed a complaint with AAA but I don’t seen it getting very far.
