I bought some wheels. It didn't fit the car. But they didn't want to change them or return them because it took away their warranty. The problem is that no one told me that without a guarantee I couldn't return them not did I look at any sign or on the receipt it says. They are practically stealing $400 dollars from me and no one wants to refund my money

What I like most about this place is the manager, Angel. She makes sure her customers are well taken care of and have found everything they need. Her ability to multitask is impeccable. I was skeptical about this place at first because it’s pretty far and of course it’s a new place I’ve never been, however Angel made it her duty to provide excellent customer and was able to answer every question I had with a smile. I would recommend, if you do visit this place make sure to speak with Angel R. She’s awesome.

Don't waste your money, If you reject the 90 days warranty you can't return any parts for refund they don't give any more the 30 days free warranty. LKQ they steal people money with their extra fees and high prices. If you can find the parts online buy it is more profitable. They say the 90 Warranty is optional but how we see they force people to pay to be able to return and get their refund.

I must say I have visited other locations and love to shop on those one in the north, staff is focused and the things are moving. This is what happened to me, Last Thursday I went to get some parts, I paid for the part, a removing fee, and the warranty, (which was not optional anymore because you pulled it out) they say they will call me when they have it ready, to me was strange because in the Northville they gave me part the in 45 minutes. I did not get call on Friday, Saturday or Monday, but until Tuesday. I come to retrieve it and the part, I came with the picture of the receipt and the card I paid, but they say they can’t give it to me, they call this Lady with an injured arm, she said she is the boss in there and right a way she set the fire, offending and humiliating me not even listening what I say, she claims they made me a favor of pulling the part for me, and I say no you did not, I paid for that and you actually took longer than other locations, she mentioned I want to refund you and the money and not sell you anything, also she says that the part still have a big piece of metal that I need to detach myself (even after paying for that) I spent 15 minutes with my tools taking that metal piece apart and then they take part away again and say bring the receipt, so humiliating and abusive! Today I went back with the receipt, this lady comes in and immediately fires up again, telling I bring such a bad energy, that I what the things my way, she definitely targeted me, starts escalating it until she says I will refund you the cost of the part only, and will charge you for the work of pulling it out, so out $211 she only refunded me $172 stealing from me about 40 bucks, Abusive! she should charge that to the customer she sells that part. this experience was so frustrating and unfair, i ended up going three times, with no part and overcharged $40 because she wanted that. I need my money back and you should make your business a favor and watch this lady, if that is they way she treats customers in front of the staff this is going to end up really bad for you

This place is awesome if youre looking for a cheap replacement part for your car, and are willing to put a little DIY elbow grease wrenching. They have many different make and model cars in the yard, and new cars come in all the time. They even have a website where you can check to see if the car you're looking for is at any of their locations, and it'll even tell you which one! Not only that, but they also include photos of their stock so you can be sure they have the right car you're looking for. Fair warning, the carts and wheel barrows they have for you to haul your parts back to the gate do not easily carry larger items, so if you're planning on pulling a larger part like a vehicle door, I would recommend bringing your own (large) wagon or something. Otherwise, all in all, great place!

This place is a dagum hit! I take the Johnson’s to get my did done fiddle done dagum money. I Christmas shop at the dagnab car yard for my sweet little daughter and afterwards I put my dagum fiddle done big Johnny’s burgers on the grill (propane applied) to celebrate the time of givin and my sweet wife and I got to see the doctor to give him a ding done darn fiddle gift. TL;DR: LKQ big greedy, lose my business. In LKQ's eternal quest to find new ways to screw with our brains they have begun to refuse to price out individual engine components, only selling whole engine assemblies. I'm talking heads, camshafts, lifters, etc. They're thinking they're going to sell more big ticket items, but it's simply not economical for me to pull parts anymore and they are counter-productively choosing to crush what I would have paid for. Whenever a vintage domestic vehicle enters the yard, the accessible kind that doesn't bring a lot of money, it feels like it was crushed already as their out-of-touch pricing limits what makes sense to pull. LKQ is bad for the car community, don't play their game. I will make an effort to avoid LKQ for my future needs and you should too. LKQ, don't bother replying. If you were earnest about improving customer experience you wouldn't have gotten so consistently and progressively worse over the last years.

I got a set of beautiful black leather seats out of a 750 BMW and the controllers and they fit like a glove in my old school convertible m.Mitsubishi Eclipse!!! Had to be done, these things are the bomb.. so comfortable you just want to go to sleep in them, all powered heated, massage units, arbags ect. Waited in line 40 minutes at the 40% off sale on 12/28 because they didn't have enough staff to run all of the registers only to be told that remanufactured (previously USED) batteries are excluded from the 40% off all USED parts sale although this was not mentioned by the admission clerk, on the in store signage, or on the website. I asked an employee for a written list of details/exclusions on my way out and he was unable to provide one.

Some times buying something new might even be cheaper. **** if you do not have your own tools, then this is not for you. It's hot, muddy, oil every where, and dirty. Bring water because you will get thirsty and exhausted from the sun. Holidays they always have deals. Sunday's tires are like $9 or $10, but good luck taking it off the rim with out proper tools. rims are $35. Also download their app! It will tell you where the cars you’re looking for are at. You input the vehicles info and it will tell you what row and spot the vehicle is in, some times they even have picture of the vehicle so u can have a good idea of the condition they are in. ****WORD OF ADVICE They always charge you for warranty wether you want it or not!! If the piece you have is plastic tell them no u do not want warranty. They really charged me for warranty on two plastic trim pieces. I don’t see why I would need warranty. Check your receipt before you leave the location.

Never go to this place. If I could I will give negative stars to this place. Just a big SCAM. First they charge you to get in and then try to charge you enormous amount of money for the parts. You can get new for the money they are charging after spending time and money taking it off yourself. We tried to buy tow hooks which should cost around $3-7 and they tried to charge us $20 for each hook. We tried to show them how much they go for and they said they have to charge a bracket price for it. I don’t understand how they can charge $20 for one tow hook and expect us to buy it after spending our own time and energy on it. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!

Very long wait to pay for purchases and used parts are way too expensive, considering you have to pay to get in and then remove the parts yourself. Now they force optional warranty on you, and get angry when you refuse it. Some hard-to-find parts are here, though. Go to the Wallersville location for a if you can, customer service there is a lot better.

Looked up online if they had the car I needed. Luckily it was mostly intact and I was able to get what I was looking for. It’s a huge dirt lot with cars everywhere. Be prepared to work to remove your parts but that’s what makes it fun. Lines were long but that is expected since the place is always packed. Thanks guys!
