Great customer service at this location. Went in earlier this week and was helped by Jennifer. She greeted me as I walked in and asked if I needed help to find anything. I was looking for stuff to clean my car. She got out there with me and gave me her honest opinion about products when I asked. Seemed like her goal was to help me as a customer not just to make a sale which is different than what I’m used to.
Rebecca R. was amazing tonight! I came in to buy wiper blades for my daughter who was leaving to drive out of state in a couple of hours. Rebecca Ruby offered EXCELLENT customer service. We only needed a diagnostic reading and she was actually coming into work from the parking lot while we were parked in front of the store outside being helped by Ray, who was also quite helpful. Rebecca spoke to us enthusiastically & greeted us so kindly as she approached the entrance of the store. We were having trouble locating the OBD connection & mentioned to Rebecca that we were having trouble. She explained she needed to go inside to put her things away of which she did and immediately came back out to help. She came out & located the connection port immediately & completed the diagnostic reading. This lady was nothing short of AWESOME. Rebecca Ruby's customer service gets a 20 out 10 for me! I had the BEST EXPERIENCE here with Rebecca! I came in for a headlight bulb and I came out to install it and it was WORKING. Rebecca said she’s a good luck charm and people’s lights end up working when she’s here! Then she helped me secure my battery back in place because the “mechanic” that helped me previously didn’t bolt it back in right! ANNNND she gave me a cool magnet bolt grabber! I’ll be back here to see HER, and I don’t even live in the area!
Rebecca Roby is the best employee I have ever known for any company every time I come in she is there willing and anxious to help and not only do I know she really does want to help she always offers to go the extra mile. Today it was something as simple as removing a screw and putting the razor blade on for me because I didn’t have a screw driver with me and that felt like too much for me. She said not a problem I got you! Then also reminded me to be careful when I removed the cover. I have to get old sticky stuff left on a business window for decades off and she made the daunting task easy. Every time I come in she adds a little extra to make going to Auto Zone easy and worth it. Y’all are blessed to have her!

The crew that works here is super friendly and helpful. They are always there to help you find the right part and maybe impart some knowledge to help you trouble shoot your problem.
