I spent so much time at the Arbors this spring show - IT WAS AMAZING!!
Their first year in a new location and it was packed and a party the whole time! Management did a great job with all the activities and the Vendors are the BEST! I highly recommend the Arbors if you make it down to Round Top
As a vendor for almost 10 years we could not imagine showing with another venue. The Arbors, aside from having great people, shoppers and vendors, also just feels good. The atmosphere is fun and entergetic. The owner is a legend. She makes a point to make sure her vendors taken care off even when things dont run as smoothly as normal she gets the job done. We are grateful to be included in The Abors
The Arbors is family that you get to see twice a year both as a shopper and a vendor. It is my home away from home for two weeks twice a year. The Vendors are ALL so warm and friendly and the amount of great stuff is mind-blowing! 22 seasons I have been a vendor there and I cannot WAIT to go back in the fall!

? Unfortunately, what worried me the most was all the ditzy people who weren't paying attention to where they were going (I was on crutches).
I love The Arbors. Well organized. I love the diversity of vendors and they are all so very friendly and approachable. There was an excellent assortment and variety to appease any one's individual taste. I especially enjoyed all of the beautiful canvas work by the very talented artists that were showing. Another plus is that the toilet facilities are easily accessible and always clean. The onsite food vendors also delivered surprisingly delicious food.
An article in a magazine made me drive extra miles to the Makers Market at the Arbor. It was worth the drive. Not just they have awesome collections, I was stoked when I found their food trucks area. It was hidden all the way back near their parking lot. Finally, a non burger food options. I ordered a bowl of Brisket Mac and cheese, and it was delicious.
My first time in Round Top was so fantastic! Every single item I had in mind was readily available and the selection of businesses was top notch with friendly and helpful staff all around! I especially loved the Good Company shop! Everything from jewelry and clothing to the perfect vintage pieces helped me to create a special space in my own home! I’ll definitely be returning to Round Top and to The Arbors!!
Vendor here who has been at the Arbors 3 years. Terrible service this year. I opted for a 16x20 booth and was given a 20x20 when I never asked for that. Was told I needed to pay the remaining $1500 balance and argued that I never asked for that size. Upon measuring the booth it was indeed a 16x20. Person called me asking if it was okay to pay the balance, I told her the issue and she said she would call me back. Never heard back from her and then look at my bank account and they took the money anyways!! I will NEVER come back to this spot again. Will be reporting to the BBB too
Quality dealers presented with style by Curtis and Dave Davis for more than a quarter of a century, on spacious grounds with free parking. My first stop and favorite venue every spring and fall in Round Top. Convenience, variety, and friendly people...the best year after year.
