We stopped here for a quick lunch. The buffet was great. Fresh veggies & grilled chicken or pork. Green salad, tuna salad, sourdough, & chocolate chip cookies. Yum! The bar area was also nice and very busy.
There are some really nice and amazing things here. The decor options are off the charts. Very nice and unique place, huge! A smidge over priced. But the cost to get everything here was probubly pretty significant. And I guarantee you can find something to match anyone's tastes. Worth the visit.

I had the extraordinary opportunity to plan an after party for the Round Top Film Festival. Market Hill has been gracious enough to host parties for other events in the past so they were recommend to me. The set up was perfect as we need to do a dinner and a party. Being able to walk from Duo Modern next door right into a party is a planners dream come true. Oh, and the SPACE! Amazing. The center bar is the true epicenter of Market Hill and the four pathways that can literally fit a semi in it provides so much space for guest, dancing and entertaining. As I walked the vendors stores and the Holiday House in the back, I asked if we could add some SPARKLE and that's exactly what Market Hill did. The new trees with the lighting gave the space a magical feel. The band could easily set up through the garage door and had plenty of space to set their stage. (the band had an excellent sound engineer to help with the acoustics in the metal building). Jake and the Market Hill team set up two additional bars on either side of the main bar to provide guests the ease of getting a beverage. Many of the store vendors inside Market Hill opened their doors for the evening so the guests could walk the shops and getting inspired from the vintage, to the neon, to the custom pieces. It was lovely to see many guests come back the next day for a second look! The space was truly a perfect setting. The event was a success and I'm so thankful for the recommendation of Market Hill and the entire team. 10/10 recommend.

There are so many things to choose from. Bring lots of money, you'll want to buy everything!

Interesting antiques a lot of them. Meet nice vendors willing to negotiate, but their prices were high dollar. Make sure you know what your trying to buy! Be prepared to spend more than a day to see ALL these places. Have no idea how you can determine which one is the right place to go to for what you're looking for. We stopped at the Red barn first got the wrist ban ($10) so you use it for the others also. (That's what I was told). Personally, I was disappointed, I like antiques, but too high costs, too spread out (12 miles). A lot of art type unique pieces.
Overpriced venue. Dealers are expected to pay rent plus marketing expenses and prices are 20-30 percent higher than other venues. The owner of the field is not into preserving round top or looking out for buyers. A few suoer shady dealers in market hill. Watch out for Stuart @ architectural !
What a lovely venue! Select vendors and beautiful products! This is a designers DREAM. It makes me want to build another house just to buy more things to put in it ? ... oh, AND there's a restaurant- a really good one!
If you want crystals and unique home decor, this is the place to go. I've never seen such great prices for crystals in my life! Absolutely love and highly recommend.
A lot of the pieces were not antique. No one was very polite or greeted me. Like a lot of places like this. People pretended it was fashion week in Milan and just as snobby. No one has an excuse for being rude. I did buy from the restaurant, It was decent. If you like this type of place, then it is perfect.
Best meal I’ve ever had at the Round Top Antique show .. tonight was Turkish food and support for victims of the earthquake. I don’t get what they sell here but they sure know how to cook!
Generally I found this to be a great shopping trip but couldn’t give 5 stars due to the awful treatment at Antica. I was on a call trying to make a decision with someone about a purchase when this older dark haired woman (I guess the owner?) comes running through the store YELLING at me to leave because she’s late for a wedding. YELLING. She told me there was no one else in the store as if I had trespassed in there through the open door at 4 in the afternoon. It was completely inappropriate, bizarre and she was behaving erratically. I was so taken aback by the insanity of it all that just I left without saying anything. Otherwise I found the store owners and associates to be kind and friendly. I agree with others, it’s not all antique but it’s worth a visit if you’re in the area for some really unique finds.
It would be a solid 5 star for food! Exceeded our expectations. Asparagus soup which was wonderful with a kick of balanced spice. The house salad was so fresh & tossed light dressing. The red fish grilled tacos was great. Service was slow. It wasn’t that busy. I would have given 5 stars if servers weren’t so distracted. Servers table side were 5 star. They just didn’t have much chemistry to flow with table service.
I am providing a one star review solely based on their signage. They have a very large and bright digital sign that is right on the road and blinds you as a driver at night. It is very dangerous and as a business owner they should be more considerate of the community.
This is like the Disney of antiques and home stuff! There is so much to see, don't be in a hurry. In fact, stop and get a glass of wine and street tacos midway. The restaurant and bar staff are super helpful and the food is great. Some of the stores weren't open but that's probably just the way it works off-season in Round Top. Not everything outdoors was tagged so it was a little difficult to know who to see or what was ready for sale. All surmountable if you're really interested in something. Saw a bazillion things I "needed" so I will be back.
You will not be disappointed. The soups and salads are always excellent. The chicken, as well as the short ribs are two of my favorites. While the menu changes daily, these two things are staples. I have had anything average here yet. Always excellent.
Nice place with very interesting shopping experience. The restaurant there in the mid section is a very nice place to stop for food and drinks. Highly recommended. Some of their artists are also around, nice gallery!
The lady. Mgr Debra is always Great and ALWAYS FRIENDLY..Hate we missed Dinner. It is so good. The furniture is to die for. Love the beautiful drive to the country.WORTH THE DRIVE.
ALL UPSIDE! WINK & A NOD!!! PLEASE visit this place before you go furniture shopping in Houston proper. I guarantee you'll find something unique at a REASONABLE price! And great food & drink are conveniently close! Make a day or a strategic weekend of it. ;-)
Lots of really unique finds! Definitely a great place to stop and look around. Such interesting things. The price points were a little more than we were hoping for but wow, they have cool stuff.
