If I could give a zero I would. Called to inquire about pricing while waiting for information about my vehicle, went to call to confirm transport with A&RJs to no availability. Received a call back 30 minutes later from A&RJs, from a combative operator, telling me he "blocked me for asking too many questions" and "he doesn't do business with folks like me who don't know what they want."
I will gladly take my hard earned money elsewhere. Its too cold for attitude.
I called to inquire about pricing. Rj was rude and emotional about calling to inquire about his services. No worries there are plenty of others to choose from that are more customer friendly than this clown.
The driver came when they said he would arrive and was very helpful getting the vehicle on the truck and to the desired location. The gentlemen that came out was very polite . I would highly recommend this company to everyone .
Not all heroes wear capes, some drive tow trucks.
My car had ran over something at high speed on the highway so my tire blew. I was stranded & no tow company could come out for hours. We are so blessed we found this company! They were there in 15 minutes & came to save the day. The gentleman who serviced our car strapped our car in on a busy highway with no issues. He drove 30 minutes to get us home at an extremely fair price & was courteous and polite.
Five stars all the way & highly recommended.
