Uncharacteristic customer service was provided. The young lady working this morning demonstrated rudeness and impatience. A nice gentleman, however, took over the service. Her: I asked if that was all I needed. In response, she mentioned that I would have to wait instead of addressing my request. In further reviewing some of the comments. Sounds like rudeness is her M.O.

Big kudos to Oreilly's Auto Parts, the best auto parts store in Ellis County! Their staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Today they quickly diagnosed my problem and made sure I got the right parts. Superb service!

Went into the store today hoping to get help with a battery for my vehicle. Right away the person there which was Butch had an attitude. He is very rude and assumed I had a husband that should be helping me. He doesn’t know my situation. I left the store without the help I was hoping for. I did call corporate and did find out he is the assistant manager for this location. Corporate got my statement and called me back a couple hours later saying they had resolved the issue and suggested I go back to the store and they would help me with what I needed. I told corporate I wasn’t going back to the store and did thank them for looking into this matter because for Butch to have a manager position, he is lacking professionalism and should take a customer service training.

My go to for car parts,great for OEM parts as well….you want OEM,and not after market…. OEM is just like it came from the factory,when it comes to threading,down to the right fitment is where it’s at!! O’Reillys has been my go to for over 25 years! Come get you some!!

Decent but didn’t get the help I needed. Came here to get a cabin air filter and the lady asked what engine I had… went to another O’Reilly Auto Parts and they said it didn’t matter so I recommend going to wax-a-cuchie (Waxahachie) lol.

RED OAK this store was absolutely TRASH. i went in there to ask a simple question the first guy wasn’t sure so he got help from some dude employee with an afro. they then proceeded to mock & laugh at us. they treated us like we were stupid. i have given Oreillys PLENTY of money, i have been a loyal customer for YEARS since i work on cars. every time ive gone to waxahachie the service has always been great & ive known some of the employees for years. meanwhile, in red oak there is always new employees every week like nobody ever stays. they’re customer service has never been even close to good. i hope this review gets looked over, an apology would be nice.

Jimmy saved me over $300. I can’t express how thankful I am to them. They honored a warranty of a part that had been sitting on a shelf in my shop for a year that went bad an hour after I installed it. Thank You . Thank You. Thank You.??

Feeble person was too busy having a conversation with co workers than to focus on his job. Went to get 4 deep cycle batteries load tested, person who supposed to test them tested only 2. The load tester got hot after testing 2 batteries, he put the load tester on top of plastic so it obviously melted the plastic. He just walked away, didn't say anything to nobody. Next thing i know he is taking care of another customer. Told me that my 4 batteries were bad because they were plugged into the charger all the time. That person is too feeble minded to know that a load tester is supposed to get hot since the coils are what cause a load, in this case a 750 amp load, twice. He was also to feeble minded to understand that the charger for the batteries is also a battery maintainer, per the manufacturers instructions to leave the unit plugged in while not in use. In the end only 1 battery was bad after going to another auto parts store to test them. That would have cost me $260 per battery

Trevor went above and beyond today. I had the unfortunate luck of losing an EGR bolt on my way home from work, creating a vacuum leak which caused rough idling and eventually stalling leaving me stranded. Called the store, Trevor brought the part to me and helped me install it. He was polite, courteous, and amazingly helpful. 10 out of 10.

One of my favorite stores as far as O'Reilly's goes. Knowledgeable and quick staff. Usually has the part I need. Used to be my go to location before I switched jobs so I rarely drive this way now days.

Super nice store unlike other stores where stuff is scattered. jesse was very polite and helpful. helped me install my battery and change my wiper blades. Definitely going to make this my go to auto parts store will recomend to friends and family. Look for jesse!! ?? A+++

Excellent knowledge from both gentlemen that worked on my car. Extremely happy with my service and help. Gerry explained my problems with my 1999 BMW & helped solve them. Also , showing great enthusiasm and person skills very down to earth. Problems I had a dying battery ? as well as instrument issues.

Not only did the customer service representative check my battery for me, but he also changed it out! Being a newer car, this was was not an easy task as the battery was completely covered by a sensor box.. It would've taken me an hour to just get to it, but O'reilly's saved the day!

Needed oil and oil filter for my car. Also picked up battery for my key fob. Young man who helped me was very friendly yet professional. Other associate helping my other half was just as nice and professional. Pleasant overall experience!

I just love O'Reilly's in Red Oak! The staff there is super friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond expectations. When you go, ask for Forrest! This young man is so helpful and knowledgeable about cars and parts! And he will go the extra mile to help his customers.

In normal times I probably would have rated a 5. However, with a mask order in effect, posted on the door to wear a mask, I was disappointed to see the employees not adhering. COVID is on the rise here. (7-9-20). The employee working with me was covering his cough with his hand, wiping his nose, then handling the product he handed me. No attempt to clean his hands. This is just wrong.

Clean store, knowledgeable staff, and good customer service. Yes! They offer a military discount, and to top it off, a gentleman there named Grant is one of the most helpful individuals you could hope to hire at any commercial establishment. Wasn't an O'Reilly shopper before- his service definitely makes me their new return customer.

Staff is extremely helpful, although normally seem to be understaffed which can equate to a 10 minute wait to get help. Longer depending on the number of people waiting at the counter. Have all common auto parts store items, but also stock items for marine, ranch and farm equipment.

I always get the best of help from this store and all associates are always on top of their game. If they can't get it perfect the first time, they have never been hesitant to make it right in any way possible. It's very appreciated from a customer who comes in several times a week.

POS PPL work there couldnt help a women change a battery because only 2 people were there they told her and they couldn't come outside to do it. But were able to come out and test the battery for her an tell it was bad tho. Make a lot of sense right. Needless to say I voice my concearn to the manager that day and to find out he was there also so now that makes 3 ppl there right... this place a joke I will not ever use this place again. An that's sad to say cause I used this place since it first opened up. But these key board mechanics will not get my business any more. To hell with O'RILEY??
